I absolutely loved my canvas of my beautiful dog that recently passed away. Very happy with the service. I was so pleased with the result , it gave me some comfort when grieving. He's up on my wall now and looks amazing. Thank you Animal Printed

They were quick enough to take my money . One print was great second never came with name off dog on it.
Communication was absolutely terrible I certainly won't deal with them again and won't recommend

I ordered a print on 1/4 and never heard back. I had to email them on 1/17 and ask about the print. I never heard anything and emailed again 1/18 and threatened to reverse the charge through my bank. Then I received the print a few days later. The website said you will receive a preview within 72hrs and I didn’t. Then the poster wasn’t rolled up carefully, it had small crease marks on it. Definitely was not worth $70.

The portrait is beautiful - exactly as portrayed in preview. The response was timely - both in reviewing the photos I sent and in creating the portrait. The portrait was lost in shipping; however, a replacement was shipped and received in a very reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend Animal Printed and intend to use their services again.

I have changed my review to update - I was a bit worried when I didn’t hear back from emails or receive this order. However I have received it now in time for my daughters birthday. Customer communication is a bit weak and defensive as they did take a while to reply to say they would chase it but my daughter loves it which is the main thing.

All I can think is this must be a scam.

I ordered a portrait for Christmas for my mum, in memory of our dog we lost earlier in 2023. Was told it was being printed and would arrive 22nd December latest.

I still haven't received it and the company is no longer communicating with me. Everytime I emailed they told me it was with Yodel and it was on its way. As soon as I mentioned I wanted a refund just before the new year they went completely silent.

I've messaged Yodel numerous times, and everytime they tell me there is no item ready for them to deliver.

I'm impressed the sheer effort they went through to write themselves over 600 reviews on their own site. They went deep for this to seem legitimate.

I hope no one else falls for this like I did, stupidly my heartstrings were tugged when I saw the pictures and jumped straight in to get a picture of my lovely dog without doing my homework.

Reply: I had to do something to get your attention and looks like it finally worked. Thanks for confirming you have received all my other, much more civil emails and chose to ignore me.

Wheres my portrait? It's been almost a month now, are you ever going to send it, if it even exists?

Also the quote was "Art is the most endearing investment" if anyone is interested.

Beautiful picture I had made for my daughter as her cat suddenly passed away. She absolutely adores her picture. Arrived well packaged and communication was good. Uploading the photo was easy and a proof was sent before they made the picture. I'm thinking of having one made of my dog 🙂

Good product, horrendous customer service!!
sent them an email asking for any information regarding the shipping status as nothing was emailed to me apart from confirmation order, just to find the next day a missed delivery slip thru my door. Spoken to customer service to which they were shocked how i was irritated they have not communicated anything to me and they try to lie about having provided all the information for me just to prove them they didnt ! They not even attempted to apologise and just straight up ignored my emails afterwards, to proud to admit they made a mistake. Extremely unprofessional behaviour on their part.
