Very mixed bag from this company.
I ordered a print and they took 2 images and merged them. The print looks amazing. Couldn't be happier.

My partner ordered one, the photo wasn't good enough apparently. So we sent another in, asking to use the first photo but with the details of the 2nd as the dog looks a bit sad in the 2nd. Since they claim to hand draw them it shouldn't be an issue.

They ignored us and used the 2nd image. We asked if they could make her ears like the first. They used a bit of photoshop and made her look like an elf!

It clearly wasn't working so we asked for a refund. They said they don't do refunds. I think I shall be reporting to the relevant authorities as I believe the hand drawn is a lie and the refund policies not in keeping with British law.

I placed my order and received email re confirmation. Awaited for Yodel to deliver. Followed all the tracking information still no delivery. I arranged delivery date, this never happened. Yodel say they attempted to deliver 22nd June which was past the arranged date of delivery and then message said item being returned to company as no was in to receive the parcel. I have emailed the company rep sorting this matter out ASAP either read delivery or Full refund but not even had a reply. VERY DISAPPOINTED. This was meant to be a surprise gift totally ruined now.

Beautiful image, colours chosen were all perfectly blended, perfect in every bit of detail and superb value.

The whole experience was a delight, and the finished print perfection.

I am 100% happy and would recommend this company to everyone that would love such a print.

Expensive and poor quality, I emailed them and asked for a refund and they ignored me. So disappointed with my order. not worth the money, it was a present for my partner of our dog that has passed away, so angry.

We were very happy with our picture. If you want one of your pets, i would highly recommend this company

Obnoxious rude pedantic a absolute scam KATE is without doubt the most horrendous human you could ever deal with never received my so called painting received rude emails and I am going to take them to court for money back someone needs to take a stand against these con artists literally not the first time they have done this previous company went onto solvency check it out
