I have never owned a dog solely before and though I’d been told she was chipped, I had no idea what to do to register her. Rang today and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Quick answer time too!

Easy website to use and they kept me updated with information at each stage if the process. Very happy with the service.

Very quick service on line no problems and when telephoned satisfactory conclusion. I had to change the details for my puppy and this was managed very quickly when I logged into my account.

Awful service. I originally telephoned re a change of ownership in March, beginning of Aug, details still showing as transfer pending. This particular cat was one of a pair, the microchip company relating to the other cat sorted her details out within weeks.
I contacted them by email on 3rd August to ask what the delay was, reply showed that they hadn't even read the email properly. I responded, a different response, could they have the microchip number, which I had put as the subject line in my original email, and so it went on. Yesterday, 6 days later, I get an email to say all sorted and here's the certificate. They hadn't updated the cats name as per my original telephone call back on 18th March. Another email and losing the will to live, I went online this morning, transfer still showing as pending, but cat details actually there this time, and updated her name. As she's an indoor cat, hopefully she will not go missing and I won't have to contact this company again as, if this experience is anything to go by, I would never get reunited with her even if she was found. Appalling level of service, obviously no customer service standards.

Quick service no hanging on the phone staff were polite helpful and professional and kind means alot very good company 😀

Just bought a puppy & took her to vets get her sorted , her microchip number was wrong, called animal microchips, this morning and Carly sorted it all straight away , and emailed me straight away also thankyou, my little Jessy is all good , and sorted :)
