Very happy with this company, explain everything thoroughly, and what would happen if my cat escaped from house,and I had to report it. Dashboard very easy to use. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I was given explicit instructions on how to register my little dog, for which I’m grateful.
Filling in the details was straightforward until I came to phone numbers for contacts. I will make a point of writing them down, I only use apps. A wake up call in case of emergency.
