Needed to updated address details, very efficient secure process where they checked first that I was the owner. Process quick and no charge like some other chip providers.

Animal Microchips is the leading provider of microchips in the UK. We supply chips to implanters, vets and owners. Our chips are high quality, ensuring you always have the tools to do your job. We also have a secure, DEFRA compliant database, where we store pet owner details. If an animal is lost or stolen, chips are scanned and microchip databases are contacted to reunite the pet. Breeders will chip an animal but this is not registering your pet. It is a legal requirement to keep your details up to date as a pet owner.

Messed up trying to register online so phoned customer service and got through to Lewis, he was polite, helpful and understanding of our computer illiteracy.
Problem quickly resolved.

Efficient and very helpful
Started to register online but the wrong pet name was recorded. Contacted Animal Microchips and spoke with Lewis. He was extremely helpful and completed the entire registration efficiently. He explained Tap and Track and, as he explained, everything was then sent through via email.

Great company; have used them for many years now - their tag worn on the collar enables me to find them via my mobile phone if they go "walkabouts".
A recent lost tag meant me emailing them and within 24 hours a new tag was on its way to me Cant say better than that - 5 stars at least
