This shop sold us pet food which was running out of date (5kg cat biscuits), 1 week before run out date. The original expiration date on the packet was also covered up with a sticker. A real pity.

Dinosaur Park was really good but disappointed with zoo as animals were coped up in small enclosures so you couldn't always see them.
Think it needs more food venues with variety of vegan and vegetarian choices as quite limited. Also could do with more ice cream stalls through park.

Hi there, we would be very happy with your review if we were the zoo you visited, alas we are a pet shop. Thought we should let you know so you can give the company you visited your review rather than us; although we would gladly accept your 4 star review and we would love an ice cream stall too 😊🐾

What a great site!
very good product, easy to purchase and pay, and delivered very quickly.
After using dog collar lights off amazon for years, and never being able to find anything better as they usually stopped working after a few months, I did a bit more searching and found your site. The collar lights you had for sale are brilliant! Much better quality than anything else and certainly a great price for them. Thankyou for a great service. You've been Bookmarked!

Sensory ball
Ordered this ball because it lights up and my new pup liked a ball I already had that lit up. However, the ball stopped lighting up the first night we had it. So although she still plays with it the reason I bought it was because it lit up, so no further forward than I was. I wouldnt buy again in case same happened again
