Foxwell NT 510 Elite scanner
I decided to purchase my very first OBD II scanner, a Foxwell NT 510 Elite. Needed the VAG (Volkswagen Audi group) software and to cut a long story short I was helped, advised and assisted brilliantly in my purchase by Annie in the Foxwell support team. From my initial questions with regards to this unit and what it is capable of, to registering the product on the Foxwell website and then getting the software installed that I required. The unit does far more than I realised and cleared my main issue no problem. Menu is clear and easy to navigate. I am sure it will be fantastic in the future for various diagnostics, saving me money paying someone to read fault codes and sort issues. Customer service and device upon first impressions I simply can't fault.

Straight forward, and simple UI.
Very easy to use, first higher tech obd2 scanner, and the UI is straight forward and understable. It also gives warnings for re-coding parts of the car. Would definitely buy another one if I need it!

NT710 now updated to meet my needs.
I purchased the Foxwell NT710 directly from Foxwell for use on my wife's 2025 Chevy Traverse and my 2026 Chevy Corvette Stingray Z51. After getting it and checking for any updates, the tool did not support beyond 2025. I contacted Foxwell support and provided the information they requested. They created an update. After updating the tool, it now supports 2026. Also, I was able to see and test all the modules. Very happy with the NT170.

The unit works extremely well, the software updating process is impressive, they’ve put a good deal of thought into making it ‘just work’, and perhaps even more impressive is the 10 out of 10 customer support.

The equalizer for big box mechanics.
At first I was perplexed because the instrument display said my vehicle was not recognized, but as I communicated with customer service, they advise “hey you gotta register a darn thing first”,well after I registered and plugged it in, it turned out to be everything I hoped for and more it’s a beautiful instrument and it displays avenues that I didn’t even know existed on the vehicle. I am completely satisfied with it and would definitely recommend the Foxwell experience to any do it yourself that’s looking to learn more about their vehicle, just remember registration of the device is Paramount.

Solid construction, easy compatibility got the one that was Mercedes specific 2021 E450 converter purchase to reset the parking brake warning
Plugged it in it work it a note in the system ended up getting my brakes redone so I didn’t need to do anything
