Memorial Bench

Hi, it took a while to get but we are pleased with the bench. It matches two other benches we have along our walking path.

Ordering was easy and processed timely

Ordering was easy and processed timely. Delivery of the actual benches and receptacles took a while but everyone is suffering supply chain problems. One receptacle came in damaged and Upbeat promptly replaced it. Great customer service and great products.

Great products & pricing, shipping can use some work

I like the product and the pricing is generally competitive. The shipping could use some help though. My most recent order was placed early because I was told it wouldn't be available until Feb. 2022. I ordered in Dec specifically to meet that timing. Instead, the product delivery was attempted in Dec. So the first problem is now it's in the wrong budget year, when I planned for Feb. The 2nd issue is that even though my email gave specific instructions to contact my day porter to arrange delivery, they shipper, FedEx, was not provided that info, so they called me. I am in the middle of getting on a plane, now also trying to get them the info they need to arrange delivery as it wasn't provided to them. 3rd, because the delivery was early, my day porter was actually on vacation for the holidays so she had to make other arrangements to get someone there to accept delivery. Bottom line, the timing was way off and it caused a lot of problems. Delivering earlier than stated isn't always a good thing, but if you're going to do it, at the very least notify me first so I can make proper arrangements ahead of time, not scrambling with my hands full trying to get on a plane and holding everyone up. I'm still giving you a high rating because of the product and ease of ordering, but please work on the shipping aspect and ensure all of the info I'm providing is then forwarded to the actual shipper so they know who to call.

Trash Can Lids

Product is great - but I ordered the product in August and didn't get it until November. Upbeat also charges your credit card upon ordering and not shipping like most companies so be prepared.

Products were great

Products were great, customer service was helpful. Shipping delayed for over 10 weeks, delivery was supposed to be set up for an appointment with 24 hours notice, but driver just showed up and called to say he was here to deliver. I'm guessing that it was related to the shipping delays. Great delivery driver, who was very helpful and understanding.

Shipment never showed up

We placed an order over the phone on September 28, 2021. I got the order confirmation but no tracking number. I reached out to Lauren, who was very helpful, on Oct. 18, 2021 and she said the order had not shipped yet and she would look into it for me. On Oct. 19, 2021 Lauren said the updated ship date is 10/22/21-10/29/21. On 10/25/21 Lauren sent me the FedEx tracking number and said the estimated delivery date was 10/27/21.
On 10/27/21 I checked the status of the delivery thru the FedEx tracking number and it said there were duplicate results found. It showed one delivery was made 10/26/21 at 5:42 p.m. We did not receive the package. Lauren said she would look into it for me.
On 10/28/21 I received an email from Upbeat Post Sales saying the order has shipped. I checked the FedEx Tracking and it said it was out for delivery 10/29/21. Lauren said there might be movement on the package and she would keep an eye on it.
I thanked Lauren for her help and told her that if we don't receive it this time, I would be cancelling the order. Lauren said we may have to start over with the order. I kept checking the FedEx tracking and it kept saying it was out for delivery and kept extending the date. Finally, on 11/8/21 I emailed Lauren that I still hadn't received the package and the FedEx tracking wasn't showing anything new. I asked her to cancel my order. She said she would put in the request to cancel my order. She thought FedEx probably had it in one of their hubs.
On 11/10/21 I asked Lauren to send me a copy of the cancellation. I still haven't received a copy of the cancelled order.
11/18/21 I checked the FedEx tracking and it still shows it is in transit and on vehicle for delivery.
I don't know what happened to my order but I haven't had this happen with Upbeat before.
I appreciate Lauren's help thru this process.

Great quality

The products we have received are of the highest quality. Their team of staff are very professional and courteous. We would definitely purchase from them again.

Your staff has been excellent to work…

Your staff has been excellent to work with AJ was great during the ordering process answering all my questions and concerns. She kept me informed about shipments and when they would arrive.
Once the product arrived again she showed her professional attitude. One of the tables had some freight damage. AJ referred my case to your Care team. Shirley Knox contacted me and informed me that a table was being shipped to me ASAP.. Shirley showed the same professional attitude as AJ. They were trying to get the table to me for our Grand Opening but we did not receive the table yet but we do not have control of shipping these days but I am sure it will be here soon.
I will certainly consider Upbeat Furnishings in the future.
