Very disappointed
Very disappointed. These guys charged me almost $40 dollars shipping for a $19 item weighing only a few pounds. I thought maybe it was an error. Maybe that's their business model. Reasonable price. Rapacious shipping charges. I asked Laurie Benz to look into it. No word. She's still looking. Perhaps helping to count their profits.

Great bench
Great bench. Nice people to deal with. Heads up if you are a Canadian client ask for FedEx delivery. They have their own customs brokers. Fast and easy and no hassle.

The personnel I spoke with were very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The tables we ordered were delivered in a timely manner even with the COVID-19 pandemic going on! The tables are really nice and look great under the canopy at our football/track stadium!

The product is good but there were some issues with the order.
The product is good but there were ordering issues due to communication problems within between the supplier and sales representatives. There were also some issues at the main office related to billing.
The company was very responsive handling a shipping problem related to potential damage to the product.

Ordering process was seamless as was the receipt of the picnic table. I've ordered the picnic tables with recycled material before and they are good to use outdoors with exposure to the elements. Will happily purchase again in the future.

Order Held / Poor Communication
I placed an order, provided my credit card information and received a paid invoice. I waited 3 weeks and have NOT received my item. Called customer service and was advised they would get back to me? 2 days later still no call back. Called customer service and she states the item ordered DID NOT ship because your website did not charge me tax at the time when I provided my credit card? Why should this be my fault? I should have received a call immediately explaining this. I paid the tax on a revised invoice and finally received the item one month later from the original date I placed the order. Will not order or recommend your company.
