VERY pleasant customer service experience during ordering. Order was received with all of the requested advance notices. Part of one order was missing the liners of the trash receptacle. That issue was corrected quickly and the missing liners were shipped out promptly.

The process for ordering through upbeat is fairly simple, delivery and installation of the product was chaotic and unprofessional.

This was an extremely sad purchase to make, though the staff at Upbeat was helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns. This was donated to the middle school where my son taught math. It was placed in their courtyard as a memorial to him. The school officials said the students love it and have been using it so much they’re planning on purchasing more.

Ordered 7 smoking urns for a commercial real estate property, the item had a lead time of 2 weeks. After 2 weeks had passed, no smoking urns were delivered. After an additional 2 weeks, we had a delivery and it was the incorrect items. Requested someone to pick them up for return and it is now 61 days later and the incorrect items are still sitting in our parking lot. It has taken 7+ email conversations over the past ***61*** days and still no resolution. When I asked when the correct items will arrive, the story then changed to 10 week lead time due to the product being back ordered. Overall, our experience with UpBeat has been disappointing to say the least. This has been close to a 3-month process and we still do not have our simple order of 7 smoking urns. We have over 1.2 million square feet of commercial real estate buildings at my property alone, the company as a whole has over 15 million square feet of commercial offices in the Atlanta area and I can guarantee you we will not be ordering any other items from this company.

I posted 3 days ago about not getting my product and calling with no call back as promised. Once Karen saw my comment on line, i immediately got an email and the situation resolved. Thank you Karen! Because of Karen's professionalism and correcting the problem so expeditiously, i ordered another and will continue to do business with Upbeat. Everyone makes a mistake, but it is how that mistake is handled that counts and Karen was awesome!

I ordered a doggie pot on April 4 and it was to be shipped April 7. I called on 5/1 or thereabouts to find out why i still did not have it and the person i spoke with promised to call me back with an update. I never got a call back and still don't have the doggie pot. I have purchased from you before with no problems but this is unacceptable. I need to order another one but don't feel comfortable doing that for obvious reasons. My order number is 2002050 and i would like a call or email or my money back.
