Yep over a month back and forth website issues then saying credit card issued oh nope it’s fine one email order processed one email payment declined next email order shipped yeah ultimately I refused delivery save the annoyance an order whatever you need via amazon

My Assistant was told some crazy story that we can not purchase a replacement chair that broken within 18 months of purchasing the original. Also I order an umbrella stand in the August and did not get it until January 2019! When I don't need it. I am disappointed by the service.
