Takes to long to get the product. I placed an order at the beginning of October and as of today they are still saying that the item is in production. How long does it take to assemble a trash can????

Linda at Upbeat was a treat to work with on our order. We needed a fair quantity of a particular trash can by a certain, short term date; she reached out to the manufacturer and was able to confirm we should have the items on the day before our absolute deadline!

Linda was wonderful in her followup, her telephone demeanor and willingness to make extra calls to help us to achieve our goal. We had resolution and a completed order inside thirty minutes' time. Thank you so much!

Placed an order on April 25 and called Upbeat on May 4 to see how the order was progressing. The order had not been processed. We needed the bench by May 25 and could have had it on time if it would have been processed on April 25. I talked with Shirley and she was very pleasant and tried to be helpful. This wasn't her fault. Whomever is supposed to check the emails in the sales department failed to do so for 2 weeks and lost a sale.

I ordered from the website and applied for credit at the same time. All very easy and the follow up call to verify information happened first thing Monday morning.

I trust the product is exceptional, just like the service.

A dismal display of customer service and appreciation

Not enough information on the website regarding manufacturing time and delivery. My order will not be ready for delivery until four weeks after my order was placed. Knowing this vital information may have resulted in me ordering from another company. Not fair. All pertinent information like manufacturing should be present on the website.
