I ordered a commemorative bench to honor a lost friend. The bench was nice quality. The only complaint I have is the plaque was crooked. I had to carefully remove it and re-attatch it myself, due to time restraints. BML

Usually we get great service, but this last order has been a complete mess with lack of customer service and lack of response. Have tried calling for 3 days and get absolutely no call back. Very disappointed and will not use them again.

My salesperson was Carlos and he is not longer with you company. That was a great decision for him to no longer be employed at Upbeat!! At one point I told him I could do his job better than he could. The new salesperson did a fine job. I did not like your website and being able to track my order. I had to make calls and again Carlos was not easy to deal with. The furniture looks lovely and is everything I hoped it would be.

typically happy with Upbeat but not this time. Product did not arrive until at least two weeks after the initial estimated delivery date. Product shipped to a business down the street--not next door--to me. The tracking system did not work and was worthless. Promised several arrival dates, but they kept changing. Though I can't say for sure when the product was actually received at the business down the street.

I do not believe I have received all the parts for the product I ordered. I assumed when ordering a $70 product I would receive assembly instructions or a product list but nothing was in the package. I have contacted customer service regarding the missing parts but I have not heard anything back in the last 48 hours. Hopefully my issue will be resolved at some point..........

The product, a bicycle rack, arrived safe and sound. It is still waiting for assembly, so I'm hoping all of the parts are included. Dealing with this vendor was a good experience. Good phone support and easy ordering. Shipping was an area of concern. I was never notified when the item was shipped and was not notified of a delivery date by the vendor. I was leaving for the day just as FedEx was pulling a huge pallet out of its truck and said this has to be delivered now or there would be an additional delivery fee. FedEx simply left the box attached to a huge pallet that weighed far too much for this senior to manage. Additionally, the product box was attached to the pallet by steel bands. Everyone does not have bolt cutters and it took quite an effort to separate the product from the pallet. So, while the vendor was fine, the delivery system was a major disappointment.

They delivered while I was away and followed the directions to accommodate the delivery.

I worked with their inside sales department and they were very helpful and courteous. Transaction and delivery was very fast.

Budgets for public schools close early to allow for proper processing prior to the next school year budget. I faxed my order twice during the school year budget 2018-2019 assuring myself that I would not be turning over unused monies back to the county. Twice my order fell into some "black hole" and was never processed thus forcing me to turn this unused money back to the county allowing someone else in the county to get something they wanted. I have placed this order with my new 2019-2020 budget monies and am hoping it will come through without a problem.
