I placed an order with Upbeat yesterday and had a great experience. Professional, very proficient and friendly agent.

I placed an order for some outdoor furniture and was surprised and very pleased to get an immediate call regarding my requested delivery date. They wanted to make sure that i would be okay with getting the order 2 or 3 days later than i had requested. Andre was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and order from them again.

For the first time calling and not knowing anything about the DOGIPOT bags or process of ordering them. I was able to get the right information for the DOGIPOT receptacle I was ordering for.

Shipping was fast and ordering was very easy prices were also hard to beat

She was very professional and very concerned with my situation. She took care of the problem and we are getting it all taken care of.
