I found the trash receptacle on the Upbeat web site but did not have an password to complete my order. So I ordered the receptacle over the phone which was listed. The operator was very helpful and found out that my company had an account with Upbeat which I was unaware. He went through the information needed to get the order placed and shipped in a timely manner . He knew all of the information needed to make my purchase a good experience.

we placed a very large order for outdoor patio furniture and accessories. The on line process is so easy and we after the ordered was processed we received a follow up call from Upbeat to review and confirm. We will always continue to work with Upbeat-always very professional and accommodating.

I was on-line looking for products for my company and needed some help. I clicked on the "Chat now button" and Ms. Lauren became my on-line angel. I had a picuture of the item I was looking for but was not able to submit the picture through the Chat line. Ms. Lauren provided her work email address and asked that I send the picture via email, which i did. Unfortunately, Upbeat does not carry the product in the size I need. After submitting via email to Lauren the other items needed I ran out of my office headed to a meeting. Ms. Lauren followed up with an email and call back to verify with me the items that I requested and how the items would be shipped. In this world of fast paced... Ms. Lauren was very helpful; a breath of fresh air, a smile in her voice with a wonderful customer service attitude.
