I had mould and other outstanding repairs the housing association wasn't acting upon appropriately. This had an impact on my daughter and Anthony Hodari Solicitors helped me a lot to put the housing association to accountability and to be compensated, which I was very grateful for.

My case has moved onto another department within the construct. The wok has not been completed by the landlord to date but Antony Hodari Solicitors has been adequately through Mr Jabbar chasing work outstanding, alĺowing adequate time for response from landlord and providing information and legal advise in moving into a new phase of breech of settlement orders.
One can't force the landlord with no intentions to compliance but one can document neglect to act.

Antony Hodari solicitors effectively assisted me with a claim against Haringey Council for outstanding repairs, in which they advised me to settle out of court for a satisfactory amount.The council has agreed to do the repairs within a reasonable time frame, and even though the council is still allowing water to leak into my flat when it rains, I trust they will commit to repairing the problems, and Antony Hodari will thus not be needed for further litigation.My thanks for all the help.

Plenty of great communication from Hodari. Always at the end of a telephone too. Case settled at County court. Provided a friendly Solicitor there too. Yes, fees are a lot, but they stipulate that at the start. Couldn't have done it without them. Always friendly. Highly recommend them.

I wouldn’t use them again! They constantly told me they only take 30%. I was told by them they take ate insurance but when I questioned them before signing anything they said it was included in the 30% and they said they would never take it off special damages but they did. As soon as my landlord payed them they took 45-50% So didn’t leave me with much and when I tried to question it I have had no response. No response to emails or anything & I still have ongoing problems with my landlord. I have been completely ignored for the past 2 months which shows they don’t want to help you they only want the money.

Someone else I know, they only took 25% off the entire amount, so they pick and choose who to take more off.
Very bad experience.

I made application because of the recurring dump and mould.
Antony Hodari solicitors closed the case even not informed me. As the claim wouldn't be big enough.
At least Antony Hodari solicitors, could email me explaining the situation. They just disappeared, until I chased them.

I do not recommend Tenants advice, nor do I recommend Antony Hodari solicitors who they used for my case.
I spent over a year trying to get help with my housing disrepair, I’m still left with lots of problems at my home, I complained to tenants advice multiple times about the problems with Antony Hodari, who had been ignoring me for months on end, Tenants advice were not able to get my complaints resolved and I will still left in the same situation, being ignored my my housing association and also my solicitor who was meant to be representing me.

Do yourselves a favour and do some due diligence before sending these !

Clearly did not read the review, as I stated “Being the owner of the property I find this insulting”, hence owner/owned outright, you now deduce that I’m was not happy, my point confirmed, need I say anymore !!

Well recommend,delt with my claim quickly and reached an agreement with landlord for repairs to be completed and when wasn't and faulted they were quickly back on to them,to resolve another settlement for repairs to be completed again.get things moving quickly and your problems herd 👍from me.

Due to the job you did for me and my family. We live now in clean house than before. Without you law firm I don't know about the health of my son bedroom with mould. Dirty bathroom and kitchen. Thank you very much for job.
