Anytime Fitness UK Avis 

Signed up for the annual membership but want to cancel within my 14 days not even used the gym and really hard work won’t refund me my money having to go through the ombudsman . Good gym but terrible when it comes to help or cancelling your membership

Worst gym ive used in UK. Sold to me as "one membership one price access to all our gyms across the UK". They raised my membership price by £7 because I used a diffrent gym then the one I signed up to more often... The email telling me this was in my spambox so I didnt see it, then got an email from the manager saying you've got until end of play today pal.. instantly made me email back to cancel my membership. Ill pay alot less elsewhere for the same or more.

I went to cancel my membership via the direct debit in my banking app (standard practice in my experience). Anytime then emailed me asking me to reinstate my DD before I can cancel. This is basically so they can take an extra month's fees. I have no doubt they'll say my contract explains I need to give one month's notice but I think it's an underhand approach to just get more fees off people and leaves a bitter taste in the mouth, meaning I wouldn't rejoin in future. I understand a notice period in an employment contract (for example) because you need time to replace someone leaving. There is no legitimate reason for Anytime needing a notice period.

Gym is great, tap in through the door and work out at any time.
I work unusual hours so it's great to get in early morning, do my stuff and get home to shower and go to work. Only thing is that the emails are a bit overly insistent, could tone down on the spam but the gym itself is great so far

I have been a member of Anytime Fitness for two weeks. All members of staff I have met have been incredibly friendly and supportive. I have tried a couple of classes and booked in for more. I love the bright space with plenty of daylight.

Well maintained & facilities are great,friendly helpful staff.Great you can come and go as you like what ever the time....

I cannot rate Anytime fitness anymore than I do. They have given me so much back I can’t thank them enough. I don’t even think they realise how much they have helped me to remember being me & who I used to be before life got in the was. If you ever need a pick me up then just come down, Caz will make you laugh, smile & find energy you didn’t know you had. All the staff are always ready to help you even if it’s for a chat after a long day or to help you with a certain machine you’re not sure of & the PT’s are always around to help too. I’d have never thought to have a PT but going there gave me the courage to ask for help & guidance. They all go above & beyond & that extra mile to get everyone working together, even if it’s for a Xmas party or a fund raising event, they’re on it. It’s just a wonderful family.

Great friendly staff. Love the range of equipment however the gym is a bit small and can get really packed during certain hours. As there are typically only one set of each machine, it can take long waiting around for it to become available.

Otherwise the gym is clean and good

If anyone using them make sure what you are signing for they are steeling from you with your permission but you don’t know even, I have sign only for 1 year but they roll the contract another 2 years and took money off from my bank , never inform me that they are rolling my contract to another year or taking money from my bank, thieves

My names ray and all I can say is this is one of the best gyms I have ever been to and it’s friendly staff you have is amazing the best thing is no under 18s and it’s 24 hours which I love around my work and the showers on there own are amazing

Anytime fitness Basingstoke is an excellent gym. Friendly staff, well run, well organised and generally lovely place.

The staff are amazing, the facilities are exceptional and the gym is never too busy! Perfection!

Excellent gym in the centre of Addlestone (Addlestone One area). Very friendly instructors with special note to Louis and Josh. Newly refurbished with all the machines you need and popular free classes for members.
