Anytime Fitness UK Avis 

First 2 weeks done and So far so good.. no complaints at all, the gym is perfectly clean, equipment is all put back, machines are fully stocked and the staff are great.. couldn’t ask for a better gym to be fair I wish I joined anytime fitness Trowbridge sooner

Rejoined after a year away. The gym has been transformed and is clearly well maintained. Staff and members are friendly and approachable.

Really disappointing experience at the West Hendon Anytime Fitness. The gym is very small and overcrowded, with lots of people filming, which can make it feel very uncomfortable.

I reached out honestly about struggling with my mental health and explained that the gym environment was impacting me from attending, yet my request to cancel was not accepted. I was asked to provide medical evidence and only offered a freeze instead.

Very disappointing - I would expect more understanding from a health and fitness facility. Would not recommend.

Fantastic staff, I suffer with bad anxiety and within 10 mins I was comfortable in there which is a big deal for me so if your looking for a friendly gym this is the one especially if you have mental health issues like me

I was a regular user from 2019 or so until 2025. For various reasons I had to cancel my membership but, I did tell the staff that I will be back .
And I have returned, i missed the gym workouts and I felt I need to keep fit foe health reasons . And it will impress my
doctors!!

After years of not doing any exercise myself and my husband are really enjoying our sessions at Anytime Fitness. The staff are so friendly and patient, the other members also are so friendly. We feel so comfortable there. Also, even after only 2 weeks we feel a little different which is great. One more thing, I love how spotlessly clean the place is, including the showers and bathrooms. Thank you.

I Had the worst experience with them during my time , I will not recommend the gym to anyone. Don’t be deceived by the reviews you see online, those reviews are practically forced on you during registration even before you start using their gym. The staff are very rude and not helpful especially Carol

Best gym I've been to..... Ever. Lifting 12 years, never seen a gym so clean with perfect equipment and you never have to qué for a half hour to use a machine. Everything is new and well maintained. Wash facilities are A1. I've been a member of maybe 25 gyms across Europe and Ireland and this gym is superior to all. Great atmosphere, no noisey annoying people. Most members stick to the rules which is extremely rare. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Perfect for power lifting, aesthetic training, new lifters and advanced. 5/5 no bias

I feel incredibly disappointed with AF Bicester. I called the branch with an enquiry earlier in the week and member of staff ‘A’ demonstrated lack of knowledge, so I asked to speak to someone more experienced, and I asked for ‘P’ who I know is more experienced, she is the one who helped me sign up for a membership in the first place. I was told that she was unavailable at the time but would call or email me back. I heard nothing, and I called two more times since then, yet there was no response. I have now cancelled my membership, will not be recommending this gym to anyone. It is more disappointing considering that I was told that I would be contacted, and failure to do that demonstrates to me lack of professional integrity and a failure to provide an acceptable level of customer service. AF is overpriced considering the limited facilities compared to other gyms, and the poor customer service that they have demonstrated.

Good facilities. I'm glad I can shower before I leave the gym for work. Good selection of machines. I think the gym could do with a bit of a deep clean. The carpets are a bit ropey and the music is a bit boring but most people put their earpods in. Its a shame that one of the showers is out of action.

I have been a member on and off since the gym opened in 2017. I love the fact I can go when I want, 247 works well for me. It is a very clean and tidy gym. The equipment is great from the cardio to the weight machines to the free weight section.
Chris the manager has always been very friendly, welcoming, supportive and above and beyond what I am sure most gym managers are like. I’ve also had multiple pt sessions with staff over the years and j by far I would say was the best. He is really helpful, supportive and really sounds like he knows what he is doing.
Anytime fitness Eastbourne is by far the best gym I have been in.

Adam the manager is very helpful and I like the fact that I can come and go when it suits me!

Excellent gym, very friendly atmosphere with lots of equipment so you’re never stuck without anything to train on. All the equipment is fully working and the team are on hand to assist should you need it

Fantastic gym and great atmosphere.

The facilities are excellent: clean, well looked after and everything I need is available no matter what's day/ time I've popped in. Each branch has its own bonus features and friendly staff. Other members are polite and focused. Lockers are plentiful and very easy to use. Haven't had the chance to use the showers yet but pleased they are available, private and clean. I'm really happy with my first few weeks at AF.

Never waiting for equipment long even at peak times. Staff are very friendly. The place is kept clean. All good
