Jackie answered all of my questions and sent me the invoice and booklet in a timely manner. She was very pleasant and was helpful answering my questions.
One comment that has nothing to do with Jackie but rather with your packages. We are disappointed to see a cap of $2250 on your hvac. I am a realtor in another state and in our area, plans cover up to $5000 coverage.

The initial person I spoke with didn’t speak english as their first language and there was a language barrier so I was told that part of my claim wouldn’t be covered. When I called back to get my invoice uploaded I was advised that the entire service would be covered minus my deductible. The second representative I spoke with was extremely friendly and professional and she went above and beyond!
