Got my clothes dryer working again!!!

The tech was knowledgable, very efficient and the service was very good.

MECHANIC WAS POLITE AND EFFICIENT. ALTHOUGH A SMALL
SCREW OR BOLT FELL DOWN IN THE FRAME, HE WAS QUICK TO ORDER ANOTHER ONE AND RETURNED A FEW DAYS LATER TO
REPLACE IT. MACHINE IS ONCE AGAIN WORKING LIKE NEW.

Used Appliance Master to fix issue with my washing machine door. The technician was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He accurately diagnosed the problem and cleared provided a solution. Will definitely use their services again!

The repairman Gregg was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and left the area clean. A very good experience.

My washer was leaking. I tried fixing it by removing the impeller and found what was blocking the drain. But then it wouldn't screw back in right and it kept leaking as a result. The repairman showed up early, and was very personable. He showed me where more grit a had gotten into the threads which was why it wouldn't screw back in properly. Then he reached way back in and found a bunch of "sludge"and whatnot that had accumulated in the drain. He cleaned it out thoroughly, cleaned up all the mess, and left the area cleaner than when he got there.
The washer/dryer people we'd been using for years were just a nightmare. This experience was the total opposite. I will be using Appliance Master from now on.

ApplianceMaster will be the place I will be calling from now on for any appliance issues I have. I am extremely pleased and will recommend to my friends and family

Personable young man who came. Unfortunately there was miscommunication between him and his office and me which resulted in some unpleasantness. Work was thorough and good.

No complaints here. Our Bosch oven was broken. I called and made an appointment. On the appointed day and during the agreed upon time interval the technician (Greg) came and fixed the oven. The price charged was quite reasonable.

Was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Got very good opinion as to whether we should repair or replace fridge. Would use again.

A $412.00 job changed to $1,021.00 for a part for a dishwasher. A duplicate invoice was e-mailed to me which I did not bother to check because it hjad the same number however the price was changed. Aplliance Master called the friday prior to installation of part to confirm I received the price increase when they knew it a month ago. Very poor business operations.

I must say we were given prompt and expert service.

The service man left the refrigerator in worse shape than he found it. The problem was that everything on the top shelf of the refrigerator was freezing. After playing around with the dials, he diagnosed it as a malfunctioning control panel. After he left, food on the lowers shelves and the door started to freeze as well, and we had to throw most of it out.

Great experience, price was very reasonable. Customer service staff was great and so was the technician. Showed up on time and date promised. The only thing disadvantage was I had to wait 4 days for an appointment. But I will definitely be recommending you guys whenever possible! Thank you!

I knew nothing about this company when I first called them. Our cellar had flooded during Hurricane Irene and killed the motor to our dryer. They had someone there the day I called! He was pleasant and polite. He also explained everything to me.

I had to call them back for another dryer issue a couple of years later. A different repair person, but he was also pleasant and polite. He really worked to figure out the problem and resolved it. What I also like about both repair people is they gave me professional advice re washers and dryers (something I appreciate).

If I need another appliance repair in the future-- this is who I will call!

The gentleman was very polite and thought the belt had broken but when opening the dryer the belt was intact so he then manually turned it around and then the dryer started up so there was nothing else to do. He then said I had a period of thirty days to see if it did break they would come back to repair it and the initial cost would take care of it. Florence
