Technicians lack relavent product knowledge
The technician who came to review the issue with my washing machine was of no assistance. He simply claimed the water leakage was a result of user error. The issue later happened again and I was able to resolve it myself, it ended up being a faulty sensory in the washer something that he should have been able to test for rather than insisting I didn't know how to use a washing machine. I do not plan to use Appliance Master in the Future, I will find a more competent appliance repair company.

Great technician
I just had the pleasure of meeting Tom, he quickly assessed the problem with my mini-fridge and gave me a great explanation of how the system works. I appreciate his advice and honesty- great job! I'd definitely call again.
Honest and reasonable
We were very very pleased with the work done by the technician; he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside about this job was that they were very late arriving; we received no call until after I tried to get in touch with them. Thereafter, the technician was very good about updating us via cell phone as to his status. I would highly recommend this company.

The Service Technician was wonderful. He took time to explain many things to me @ my appliances and how to better take care of them. His name was Ed and he was extremely knowledgeable and great.

Dryer Repair
I would highly recommend Appliance Master. Scheduling was simple. All of the staff is extremely professional and courteous. The technician showed up early and was extremely thorough and efficient. He fixed the dryer quickly. We were very happy with the whole experience.

I used one of Appliance master's technician (Shane) recently for getting the dryer fixed. few things to note:
1. technician arrived late (which might be beyond his control)..so not a big issue but I would expect punctuality from a reputed company.
2. After he opened up the dryer, he found the problem and wanted us to pay >200$ for a door switch for fixing it. That is expensive but again I can not argue as on the spot, they can tell you what they like.
3. we decided not to fix the dryer and told him to wrap up the dryer machine and paid him money for his visit. Once he left we noted strange noise in the dryer and obviously he did not close the machine properly. When we called him to mentioned this, he showed his disappointment and it sounded like he was upset because we decided not to fix it...But remember we did pay him for his visit...i was surprised by his professional behavior..but he did come back and finished his work..
I would not recommend use them again!
Installation/Haul-away of old refrigerator yet to be completed
The refrigerator was delivered, but, could not be installed because "the water line on the old refrigerator is plastic" and "the new one takes metal fitting." At no time during the purchase or delivery instruction was water line or type mentioned. I was instructed to get the "proper" water line connection installed, then call for unit to be installed and old one hauled away.
I did so, left a message, no call back. I called again a few days later, was promised a return call, which did not happen. I called again, had installation scheduled for 4/24, received reminder call day before, waited through the 4-hr window on 4/24, but no one came. I called back to the office, only, to find out crew forgot, as there was no refrigerator in the truck; I would be called with a new installation date. I have not received a call thus far. I called twice this morning to follow-up, and only got to voice-mail each time. I'll call again later, but, I'm close to taking these issues to Costco.
Indeed, my review above was for a different company, not Appliance Master. So, I apologize. Appliance Master Tech. was prompt, courteous, and professional. He consulted with his resources as needed to diagnose our refrigerator's problem.

Save $$ and fix it yourself.
Repair man was on time and courteous however after 3x to my house to fix the same problem with a washer it still wasn't fixed. I ended up googling the problem and bought a different part online. I installed it myself in 15 minutes and it now works great. I wish I had done the research online before I called, I would have avoided a service call $$ and installation of a part I didn't need.
The gentlemen took his time and took my whole dryer apart to make sure no more dryer lint would catch on fire.
He had the patients yo shoe me other places that lint collects in the dryer. I vacuum the lint screen often, and also vacuum out the vents, but it still wasn't enough. I smelled fire when I turned it in and he showed me where it was. I'm not a mechanic so I would never know how to take it apart.
Took a while for a part but worth the wait
Prompt, curtious servicel;. Have used them before and will use them again. Good knowledge of products.
Terrible
I had an appointment for my premier stove on March 11, 2015. At that appointment I told the technician I did want to wait three weeks. He assured me it would be completed in no more than a week to two weeks max. Today's date is april 7, 2015 and my stove is still not fixed. I called twice and asked and was told that they have no control over how long it takes to order parts. After I called twice to inquire about the parts, they called me back to say the part won't be on until at least April 26, 2015. I feel six weeks is unacceptable especially with the Easter holiday and I feel that I should be compensated for the extremely long wait.
Reliable peace of mind
Appliance Master has consistently provided prompt, reliable service. I had problems with my stackable washer and dryer which were remedied within a few days. The technician was courteous, and the price was reasonable. More important to me was having my equipment working again within a short span of time.

My Fisher Paykel dryer lost efficiency due to reduced air flow. These machines are prone to lint clogging because they have underpowered air blowers. After checking a few locations, the technician removed lint buildup from the exhaust duct. Problem solved.
Technician was on time, efficient, courteous, and pleasant.
Everything was handled quickly and efficiently.
The repairman arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then gave me a repair estimate and time frame for the necessary part to arrive.
The machine was fixed within a few days.
I really couldn't ask for more.
