Excellent Service from ApplianceMaster.

The technician sent o address our dishwasher problem arrived on schedule. He clearly was a skilled repairman who solved the problem quickly. In addition, he was friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to call Appliance Master again, should a need arise.

Stove Repair

It was a very Bad experience, The repairmen was unaware of what to fix, Tester did not work, started to pull and replace to find problem. said it was the ignite r replaced upper one did not work, did same with Lower did not work, then he said must be Control Board, I said no thanks, After he left the broiler was still in Parts screws and all just laying in,ad Ignite r Pan. I had ignite r teast it was fine, Called Maytag explained the problem said it was control Panel ordered from Sears installed it my self and everything works fine, would never ever call them again. even Placed complaint with them and got NO response so much for that, Very bad Company

I was told nothing more than I already knew

I was expecting the Fisher and Paykel authorized technician to know how to run diagnosis and identify exactly what is wrong with the Washer. The technician didnt even know the different codes to check which part is faulty and what needs to be replaced. Without running any diagnosis he ruled out to pretty much change everything the panel/plate etc.. and quotes $500+ dollars. Later, after doing my own research I ran few diagnostics myself, identified the issue with Hot Water valve, ordered the part online myself, replaced it and the machine is back on working again. I wish i didnt have to pay for guess based diagnosis, I had no way to tell if he was an authorized engineer or some Joe shmoe!

Fantastic!

The technician was early a few minutes for my appointment, (That's not something you see every day!) and was polite and professional. As he repaired my dryer, he explained the repair to me. It was an education!

Easy to do business with....

I called ApplianceMaster and they were very easy to schedule an appt with. They also sent me an e-mail reminder with the scheduled time. The technician showed up about 15 minutes early, which was very nice and respectful of my time. Upon assessing the situation, the technician informed of the issue and the cost. I think the whole job took around an hour. My only issue is that ApplianceMaster only quotes the Total Job and does not break it out by labor & parts.

Hi Sheldon, The receipt that the technician emails from his iPad condenses parts and labor costs. If you like, the office can send an invoice with these items broken out.

Efficient and timely

I was impressed with the professionalism on the phone call for the service to be scheduled. I liked having the name of the tech that would be coming into my home. He did a great job and was very friendly offered useful suggestions and was clean. He diagnosed the problem - ordered the part and returned to replace the part. All done quickly and efficiently. Made for a very pleasant experience.

I didn't get taken to the laundry!!!

I guess when I called for service I just got lucky (they say timing is everything) and a serviceman happened to be in my area. Within an hour and a half he was at my door. He was nice, well spoken and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong with my washing machine as well as how to prevent the problem in the future. I'm happy to find a service company that I'm so pleased with.

Terrible experience

After first contact, took 3 days to get an appointment. Once the technician arrived, he spent less than five minutes diagnosing the problem, had me sign a contract and pay 1/2 up front, then said they would call when the part needed was available. They never called. One month later, I called them and waited another week for the part and an additional week for the technician to show up again. When he finally did come back, he did a proper diagnosis when trying to install the new part to find he needed another part which he had to order as well. I asked him to leave, and asked the company for a refund, that I still have not received. I ordered a new dryer and it will be here in TWO days.

Appliance Master service was quick and effective.

The Appliance Master technician was helpful and solved our problem, offering good advice as he worked. I have used this service a number of times and have always been happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Fantastic, friendly, and efficient!

My experience with Appliance Master was great! The technician was prompt and efficient, and informative about the issues at hand. He was also very polite and kind. We had to order a part for a machine and as soon as it came in, the company called me, and he happened to be just around the corner and popped by and installed the new part. Great, friendly, efficient, and effective service!

Truly outstanding service.

Service technician's arrived on time. Both were courteous, went right to work, within minutes diagnosed and corrected the problem with my dishwasher. Also provided valuable advice on how to avoid the problem reoccurring in the future. No outrageous or hidden service charges. I would never use any other appliance repair other than Appliance Master in the future.

Finally found a reliable applicance repair company

Shane was prompt, efficient and kept me well informed during the process of ordering parts and finally repairing my LG refrigerator, freezer. He did not hide any costs and gave me a full estimate with the knowledge that possibly it would be cheaper to buy a new one. I was very impressed, have his magnet on the side of my "old" LG which is working like "new"!
