the service was TERRIBLE

they couldn't get the right parts for my stove and all the tech did was complain about Samsung products. I located parts and fixed the stove myself

Not good.

I do not understand how when calling in for appointment I gave the washing machine make and model, explained in detail what was wrong and then at time of service call was told it needed a spring which the technician did not have on hand. This advice cost me 79.00, the old spring was refitted but of course after 1 week the washer is not working properly again.
I was told if this happens they could service again but of course I would need to pay for the time spent. Just had another service company come
and was informed over the phone all three springs would need to be replaced. They came today and were gentlemen enough to inform us that the disc that holds the machine and the pins have rusted out due to a slow leak. The machine is non fixable due to costs, So now we had to pay another 79.00. I am requesting a refund.

I now can again trust this company!

After seeing my Sept. 3, 2014 review of ApplianceMaster.com (which was quite negative), I was contacted by ApplianceMaster.com management.

I was told that they could understand how their initial charge for undisclosed "ordered parts" that was not substantiated in the final bill could cause my dissatisfaction with their billing procedure.

They said that they would change their billing procedure in the future to avoid this problem from arising with other customers.

They thanked me for pointing out this flaw in their billing procedure, and agreed to rebate a significant portion of the initial charge for "ordered parts". My credit card was credited with this rebate on Sept. 8, 2014.

Where'd ya go?

The came out and said leak was fixed. It wasn't. They came out again and said the leak was coming from the washer door and he would speak to manufacturer. Never heard back from tech. Called 4 more times and have yet to receive a call back.

Very high quotes.

Had trouble with both stove range and microwave over range. I knew it was not worth repairing the microwave since the charges would surpass the cost of new microwave, but wanted to try since they gave 50% discount on diagnose on the second appliance with same brand. Technician didn't even attempt to open the appliances, just tested the mw and oven whether working or not and left my home charging diagnosis fee $120 plus tax. Next day, he called me with a ridiculous quote of $500 plus for microwave and $600 plus for oven. A similar microwave costs new for $299 and oven around $600. Why would I even think twice to repair them? Upon complaint, they sent another techie who at least opened the appliances and tried to figure out what was wrong. Yet he gave somewhat better quote but still close to cost of new appliances and I bid them goodbye.

the technician made my day

we were in the process of selling our house . we tried to clean the oven . the self cleaning did not work. we had to be out two days later. we really paniced. our Appliance Master technican showed up and solved the problem quickly. HE MADE OUR DAY

First time I used ApplianceMaster and didn't know what to expect.
They showed up on time, professionally reviewed the problem, provided options without pressure, resolved problem with reasonable cost in amazing quick time.

My refrigerator stopped working, I usually call Sears but would have to wait 2 full day. I called Appliance Master and they told me that they would be at my home in the afternoon. Love the service.

Overpriced and did declined to identify labor from parts

Freezer did not hold temp. Appliance Master technician came by next day and diagnosed as defroster timer failure. In 3 minutes, removed the two screws then connecting power supply plug. New part work charge = $160+tx. Office declined to identify cost of part vs labor; stated prices are bundled. Purchased new part from Amazon for $35. Used my own 3 minutes. Prior visit charged $210 to replace clothes dryer rollers. Other companies quoted $90. Do not do business with this overpriced company! Two stars for finding the problem and being polite. There are other choices.

Not Impressed

Paid $100 for a technician to come to the house for a door that came off of a microwave. Was at the house for 5 minutes. Was told he had to call the manufacturer to get a replacement price. Week went by no call back. Called office and was told he would call back. 2 more days went by, no call back. Finally calls back the next day and tells me would cost $768 to replace the door. I will purchase a new microwave. That was $100 wasted for nothing. Would never use Appliance Master again.

timely and very good

The service was excellent both times I have used them. Only waited a long weekend for servicing and the serviceman was right on time, calling before he came. I will use them again.

Great Experience!!!

My repairman Rob was very knowledgeable. He detected the problem almost instantly. Within a couple of days my part arrived was installed and working!!

Came thrice and problem never fixed.

Abe was a nice guy. Came three times and never fixed the problem...we ended up getting a new refrigerator. So though he was prompt, he put a seal in badly which caused me to lose food. Oh well

Fridge never fixed. They still have our $300 deposit.

I could write a book on this terrible experience since I have all the documentation but I will save that for small claims court if they don't refund our money as stated by Carie on June 23. We started out hopeful but we were without a fridge for 31/2 weeks. Commitments were never met, the compressor that was shipped to them under warranty was refused delivery, the last repairman they sent came without the part and was angry at having been sent "an hour out of his way" and the end result was Carie advised me they would not do the repair and would arrange a refund. After all of the missed commitments, being put on hold for long periods and poor customer service I doubt I'll see the refund unless I go to court. Avery upsetting experience.

Don't use this company

Serviceman looked at grill took my check stated I would have estimate in two days never received estimate , called and was told service man was very busy and kit would take a few more days. I asked for a supervisor, or owner. they were on vacation and be back in a week. I didn't want to wait two to find out how much to repair or should I but new unit.
I have been without a rill and had a July 4th party with no grill.

Exsperience with Appliance Master Customer Service SUCKED

Customer Service was terrible and totally unprofessional. They Representative who spoke to regarding our problem and to set up appointments, was unprofessional and she constantly made untrue statements. If my product was not under warranty after the first contact with them I would never had used them again but this is the outfit that Frigidaire gave us. I would never recommend them to anybody and if I was the owner I would fire the phone reps.
