I was overwhelmed by the choices and vendors for new appliances as we underwent a home renovation project. Working with Donn Frye from Appliances Connection made that whole process MUCH easier and clearer. Donn went out of his way to make sure we knew all of our options, and helped us find repair technicians who could service us at our remote address. Highly recommend doing business with him!

Don Frye was great and helped with my order. Delivery was great with all 5 appliances in perfect condition.

Donn Frye was such a help in putting in our order. I tried to order online but two of the appliances were back ordered and the website was trying to delay everything to be shipped together which would have been almost 2 months out! A quick call and Donn was able to place the order for me with the same discounts/rebates as the website and make sure the first two appliances shipped immediately. Delivery took about 2 weeks from placing the order but overall I’m really happy with the pricing and customer support. Far superior to any of the customer support the orange or blue big box stores around me have ever provided.

Boy I cannot say enough about Nathan. I looked forever to find a refrigerator in the size i needed, and couldn't find anything. I am building a new house and i had purchased a w/d from Nathan. He was so helpful, so i called him and told him what i needed and he found something immediatly. Great price and warranty. I was so relieved. he also told me my w/d were on sale. So he saved me money. I love him!!!

I can only guess this company is paying for reviews. I ha never done business with a less upstanding organization.

They said the carrier they chose has limited service to where I live (a city of 1.5 million people on the east coast) and as a result could not keep appointments and repeatedly rescheduled at the last minute. After weeks of trying to get my appliance delivered I had to cancel it, for which they demanded a 20% fee for.

They were very unpleasant to deal with, I was hung up on more than once (once just for asking to cancel my order), and even after cancelling they kept trying to deliver it, like they would not acknowledge the cancellation.

Ended up having to dispute this with my credit card, which is the first time I've had to do that for anything in at least five years.

Had an awesome experience with Nathan he was easy to communicate with, answered my questions and ultimately made me want to spend with Appliances Connection.

Nathan is awesome. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my 4 purchase with him and am very satisfied with service and product.

Ms. Katie Bange was BOTH very knowledgeable, and patient with a challenging circumstance of space - requiring very specific machines; but she was also personable and funny during the week-long round-about of e-mails. She also worked while under the weather! An absolute pleasure. THANKS KATIE! Now go home and get better!
