I normally don't write reviews but I had been looking for a single unit double oven for a long time at a price i could afford and Appliances of America made it happen. They were $500 lower than Sears and Sears was running a 4th of July Sale. Appliances of America seem to have the lowest prices around and once I ordered they called and offered to give me a free upgrade to White Glove Delivery which was awesome. Thanks AoA!

I recently had the pleasure of having Billy Jack as my sales representative for the purchase of my kitchen appliance bundle. Not only did I find him extremely product knowledgeable, but professional and personal as well. I never felt any pressure to make a decision or be swayed one way or another. Billy gave me just the right amount of support and information for making an informed decision. I have been in contact with him on several occasions subsequent to the sale regarding delivery and installation. Each time the experience has been just as the first. When you're on a seven day weekend(retired) and the refrigerator goes out its a great concern being on a fixed income, while searching the web for a good deal I discovered Appliances of America. They had the best advertised price on my selected model and was happy to find a 4th of July sale with 10% off was also available. That made my "too good to be true" sensor go off but ordered it anyway, a couple hours later salesman Billy Jackson called me to check my info and offered me a double extended warranty for regular price and he added special shipping. I felt like a school girl at her first prom, needless to say this will be my go to appliance place when needed again GOOD JOB BILLY you made my day.

We had purchased a stove for home delivery in far northern, remote Wisconsin. The ordering was super easy and we received a follow up call the next day to help sort out the delivery.

Because of our very remote location, they told us up front that it would take longer than normal to deliver. No surprises. We were happy because of the incredible savings that we decided we could live with the inconvenience of the extra delivery time.

The delivery turned out to take even longer than planned. But, Billy and Sean never gave up in trying to find a company to bring us our stove. It took multiple calls between us and they finally made the arrangements. While I may have been close to losing my patience, Billy and Sean always remained positive and kept their promises.

My husband thought that this company was a sham and was just waiting until we were mad enough to cancel the order. However, Billy and Sean wouldn't let that happen. They instead did everything they could to keep me happy.

The best news is that the stove was delivered this morning. It arrived in perfect shape, with no dings/dents in the carton at all.

Bottom Line: I saved more than $500 by buying from Appliances of America, had the stove delivered to my house (vs driving 200 miles+ round trip to a store) and the service was amazing. My elderly aunt is about to buy all new appliances for a kitchen remodel. I am definitely steering her towards Billy and Sean with Appliances of America.

We have purchased GE 30'' Dual Fuel (electric/gas) Slide-In Range with Warming Drawer with 5 gas burners. This was unbelievable deal. Cost of the same Range was double in Home Depot and other retailer stores. Also the shipping was free. After we placed order the next day we were contacted (by e mail) by Mr. Billy Jackson asking us to call him back. We have called him and he explained to us that he is consultant with Appliances Of America and that he is assigned to our order. He has introduced the company, explained where they are located, how they do business, when we can expect shipment to arrives, how they will contact us to arrange delivery and answered all our questions regarding order. He was real professional and he was so patient answering our questions. Unlike other websites, this one makes relation with the customer and so far it was great experience. I would recommend to visit this website before you make purchase in the brick and mortar store.

Planning to purchase a refrigerator, I was looking through different stores and websites. Once, I pressed on the link to AppliancesOfAmerica.com, and was amazed with the prices and variety of products. The refrigerator I needed was difficult to find, but it was there few hundred dollars less then in any other store I could find! I made an order, but just in case called Appliances of America to make sure it is real. Billy answered on the other side of the line and few minutes later I felt that he became my and my family's close friend. Being a very professional, he answered all my questions. Finally, instead of just refrigerator I ended up with ordering refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and rage hood! Appliances of America helped me to cover all my kitchen needs! I also gave their website address to my friends, and they were amazed with customer service, fast and accurate delivery. I wish more people could benefit from Appliances of America!

Just moved in a new house and need a Induction Range. I live in San Diego and choose Appliances of America due to very competitive price and no sales tax. The order has been made on 6/3.
Today, they inform me that they can not make it due to some reason.

The only thing i can say is it would be better if you can have more up to date shipping info as i needed to wait for 3 weeks to get updated on the delivery.
