It was a breeze ordering my product. The company had one of their representatives, Billy, contact me to just keep up with how the process was going or if there was anything he could do to assist me. He was very polite and gave me more than enough information how to track my cooktop. I will definitely order from them again.

Billy J eats exceptional customer service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There comes a time in everyone's life where they have the daunting task of buying a home appliance. Big box stores scare you into thinking that they've mastered handling the endless amount of possibilities that could go wrong. What they don't explain is that they really haven't and that buying appliances is a crapshoot. Billy J at least makes it less painful. In college I sold appliances for a big box and I legitimately thought I was the only person on the planet that actually cared about the customer, until I met billy. A GE is a GE is a GE no matter where you get it. Billy gets that, and he gets that every other home project you've taken on has royally stunk. Billy really jumped on the grenade for me. He sacrificed profit margin so I could have a one win and boy was is sweet. So sweet I told all my friends about it. When people come to my house they won't hear about the GE, they'll hear about the man who sold it to me. For that I thank you Billy. I don't care what they say about people from Jersey, you're okay in my book!

I´ve ordered the Weber Genesis in red. It´s not easy to find, but I found it at appliances of america. We wan´t to take the grill to germany because you can´t get it in that great colour there. The service was great- they called me to make sure that everything on that order is fine and they gave me an estimated delivery time. They are doing a great business!!!

Appliances of America has proven to have exceptional customer service. They actually care about the customer which is hard to find these days. Not only that, they also match any price you find for the same product. Overall, great company with great service. I definitely plan on doing business with them in the future.

I ordered from Appliances of America on 6/7/2015. My order went through and I received the invoice. The order status was not updated for a week so I sent them an email, and then got an email back to say they needed to talk with me. Weird.

So I called them, and then was told that they lost my order and needed to cancel the order and re-order it because they didn't have my order or what I purchased (which again is weird because I had an email and my order showed up in my order history).

Not worth the hassle to deal with this merchant. If they had lost my order, they should have contacted me, not the other way around. Go with someone else.

It's pretty amazing when modern technology can lead you to something so refreshingly "Old School". I was researching appliances for a long-distance renovation I'm working on and my Google search led me to a GREAT price for the very range I was looking for on the very unassuming website for Appliances of America. Not only did I find the lowest prices for what I was looking for, but I felt like I had walked into a hometown appliance store that families shop in for generations, which can only be attributed to dealing with Billy directly (I don't know many business owners who make themselves so readily available to their clients).

Appliance shopping is hard enough these days with fewer and fewer people who actually know what they're talking about. Appliances of America has been in contact since I made my order. I had a great call with Billy and feel that this company is a tremendous way to get great deals on all appliances. It will take a month to get the range I ordered and I hope that it will arrive in perfect condition.

As a new home owner I have been researching and seeking out the best deals and the best appliances for my new home. Today I came across Appliances for America and was blown away by the incredible deals so I thought to myself there had to be a catch. However, after even more research of the company I saw that they received the best reviews, even better than Sears, Lowes and Home Depot. I decided to give them a shot. I have to say this was the best purchase I have ever made. Not only did I get an even better deal at checkout then I was expecting, but when I called in to confirm my shipping, I was only on hold for less than a minute and the customer service representative that I spoke to, Billy Jackson, was so incredible nice, helpful and spoke clearly. He looked into my order and was even able to upgrade me for free “white glove” shipping service. I was very comfortable in ordering through Appliances of America as my Dad ordered from them and highly recommended them. He had a good experience with them, as have I so far. It will take upwards of 3 weeks to get my new refrigerator, but the price is amazing and we are not in a hurry. Billy was great at explaining to me the process of events and what to expect.
