Had to come here to highlight how amazing this company is and how top notch their service since years!
I bought 2 washing machines over the time of 10 years, just got my second one today, and again had an absolutely perfect service!
- on time and with great timing notifications
- super friendly and helpful guys
- they suggested unpacking outside to keep my apartment clean and cleaned up all the packaging
- connected the new machine and made sure it's all working and even helped me with instructions
- removed the old machine for free and without any hassle or issues.

Love this company, I will always buy my appliances here!

Delivery was quick, and they told me they would pick up the old one later. I called customer service, and the representative said someone would pick it up the following day. However, I didn't receive any confirmation. On that day, I called customer service again. Emily answered and told me the pickup would be between 1 and 3 PM. I waited, but no one came. When I called them back, the lady who answered said the pickup would actually be tomorrow. Awful customer service!

Appliances online customer service never ceases to amaze me. You can really tell whether a good company is a good company based on their after purchase customer service. They've been prompt, gracious and provided excellent customer service every time I've needed to contact them. Their price beat is legit and not full of small print conditions. If they have a product in stock, I will always choose to go with them compared to other big name stores.

Just had my dishwasher delivered to regional Victoria by 2 great young fellas, polite and well presented, on time and kept updated information on where they were. They took my old dishwasher away and unpacked my new 1 and took that rubbish away also. Great experience 👍

I ordered late@night & it arrived B4 midday next day 2 a semi rural address🫪I was flabbergasted. Lee/Ben was friendly & v professional (promote this man)! I opted for the extended warranty which was 19% of the cost (which was the lowest). I ran the ext warranty through AI & it agreed. My appliance know has a 2+2yr warranty. The Winix Zero 360+ 😻has very few reported issues but the peace of mind was worth the cost IMO & AI’s. I will use AOL again w’out hesitation!🙏🏼AOL, so IMPRESSED!

Another seamless experience - value and service which I thought had disappeared.

We had 2 deliveries on 2 separate days within a week. There is no reason to go to another store when appliances online, deliver, carry up stairs, and install for you. And finally taking away all of the packaging! The entire process from price, ordering, tracking and delivery were all spot on. They know what is important to the customer, and they do it well.
