Absolutely horrible customer service and deliberate false advertising. I ordered a washing machine that came with a part different to what was listed in the website. I called and was bounced around between people who did not want to help me and did not know what they were doing, when I eventually was able to speak to a manufacturer I was told that the parts advertised were "not necessarily" what was included in the product and could not get refunded or replaced with out a fee. The guy at manufacturing I spoke to basically admitted I was being scammed. Save your money.

Customer service was extremely helpful and helped me find the right product at the best possible price and arranged delivery for me, with instructions. Everything went really smoothly. It's the customer service that won me over and I would definitely buy from them again

After my washing machine crapped itself, I just wanted to sort out a new one asap. Appliances online made this possible. Happy I stumbled across your website, as I had a new one delivered & installed within a few days. They also took away the old one free of charge. Very happy customer and highly recommended.

Honestly I didn’t think service like this existed any more in this day and age. Got sick of supporting other companies (I won’t name names) who sacrifice service in order to try offer a cheap price. After my first two experiences with Appliances Online, I would consider myself now a customer for life. Exceptional local phone service (no AI bots), exceptional delivery service and overall just a great experience.

The washing machine was defective it would not complete a cycle. The delivery guys who installed the machine rushed off before checking it worked properly. I then had to prove it was faulty. They tried to charge me to nominate an afternoon delivery. Today they sent a message saying the new machine would be delivered between 8:30am and 10:30am my last update was now delivery possibly between 7:56pm and 9:45pm. No grantees it will not be delivered later. Messages online said deliveries would be no later than 7pm. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. They do not value the customer when things go wrong I have experienced their customer service as woeful to say the least.

Unbelievably quick turn around and arrived as described.
Definitely be using these guys again.

I ordered Saturday, delivered Monday... that is incredible service. The delivery drivers they use were so professional,offering to unbox, put in place and level my fridge/freezer.

I have ordered years ago in another state from appliances online, service was excellent then also. Prices are generally cheaper also.

I bought from them back in 2017 when we moved in here. I bought a French door fridge, a Haier which we have had no trouble with and it is now nine years old, it only cost $800 which was very cheap and a condenser dryer. Due to not reading the manual of the said dryer the sheet program doesn’t reverse tumble now due to not being used. I have sold my dryer and gone on to Appliances on Line website and ordered a heat pump dryer to replace it, I was even able to pick the delivery day. I recommend to anyone who is looking for white goods and they are my first choice, I find their service excellent!

Everything from the website, the price matching assistance, the delivery times, and also the folks from the delivery service who delivered and installed my fridge and washing machine (Ashu from Winning Services) was fantastic. No complaints and would highly recommend people to buy from them.

Poor driving by delivery driver reflects badly on the company
I recently saw one of your blue Nissan Navara delivery trucks (NSW plate DN 05 DV) on the road. The driver was tailgating aggressively and driving in a way that felt unsafe and inconsiderate to other road users.
This kind of behaviour is disappointing, especially from a company that promotes itself with strong customer-service messaging and high satisfaction ratings. When a branded vehicle is driven poorly, it doesn’t just affect the driver — it damages the public image of the whole business. Other motorists notice, and it creates the opposite impression of the “legendary care” and professionalism you advertise.
Safe and considerate driving should be part of representing the company on the road. I hope this feedback reaches the right people so drivers are reminded that how they drive is part of the customer experience and the company’s reputation.

Easy online ordering process. Fast delivery (the next day), friendly and helpful delivery personnel.

I shopped around and was not able to buy a freezer that I needed straight away, they had at least 3 weeks wait and with backorders would be longer. So i went to AOL and found what I wanted, it was cheaper and offering next day free delivery, where the others were charging for delivery.

My parents are in their 80s and it’s a bit difficult for them to get around and shop for a new washing machine when theirs broke down. The fact that I could order online for them and have a friendly delivery man come and install the new one and remove the old one within less then 24 hours was amazing service. My parents were amazed with the service and very happy

3 weeks without a dryer and told they have no parts to repair it, and this wihtout even coming to look at it. So no warranty support or return options.

I am being told there are no parts for my dryer when they have not even come out to see what is wrong with it.

If you don't have parts then send me a new dryer, take the broken one back and sort it out on your end.

Do not purchase from them or if you do check your warranty agreements.
