Good Service
Always a bit of a lottery ordering online but our experience with Appliance World Online was excellent. Ordering was easy enough for two oldies like us and we were kept informed by email and text about how our order was progressing. On delivery day we got regular texts on progress and the delivery driver arrived on time. He was courteous, helpful and friendly. Delivery was quick and efficient, and he installed the fridge-freezer for us, as well as taking away the old fridge, along with all of the packaging. An excellent experience and the unit is working well. Thank-you.

Appliance World is my 'go to' supplier!
I am a regular customer because the service, choice and prices are excellent. I ordered on a Sunday evening and was offered next day delivery. Every detail was taken into account for a flawless free delivery, including accurate delivery time. This started with a 2 hour window and was gradually narrowed down to a specific time on the day of delivery with accurate on-line tracking and push notifications by SMS and eMail. Old appliance removed for a very fare fee, likewise for unpacking and installation.

Absolutely brilliant service from ordering online to my delivery i love my new fridge freezer the delivery men was so helpful and so tidy and very quick delivery aswell they kept me updated with delivery and times they would arrive at a brilliant service this is the best place to shop that i have ever ordered from I have had a washing machine from here aswell years ago and it still working I have never had to have it fixed either and it 10 years old and still in good working order

A Retailer to recommend
I spent a couple of weeks fruitlessly trying to get information about my chosen appliances from the High St giants like Curry’s and John Lewis. Then I found Appliance World in Urmston. Within minutes I had all my questions answered and machines demonstrated to me. The salesman was incredibly well informed and knowledgable. He was polite and charming and even suggested the model of dishwasher I had at the top of my list. Delivery was equally impressive . I was kept aware of the small time slot I had been given with constant updates by email. I did not have to hang around all morning waiting for the efficient and helpful delivery man to put my appliance exactly where i needed it. Would that all retailers were as easy to deal with! Sadly not - so i reccomend Appliance world unreservedly to you.

Good experience in the process of purchasing cooker and cooker being delivered safely. A bit disappointed old cooker not collected but person at house did not disconnect it to get it ready for removal. Overall satisfied.

When ordered item was not in stock was told this and would notify me when it was.this did happen within a week or so and a delivery date was given on the day of delivery every thing went smoothly and as promised.The delivery driver was very pleasant and polite.would recommend to all.

Incompetent delivery driver
One failed delivery due to an incompetent, lying delivery driver and out of date maps software. Got my item a week later after sending it with a grown up.

However, we do feel it’s important to clarify that our driver was not acting incompetently or dishonestly. On the day in question, they were approaching their legally permitted driving time limit and were unable to safely complete the delivery. This is a strict regulatory requirement that we must adhere to for the safety of both our drivers and customers.
There was also an issue with the driver's device on the day of delivery which didn't help the situation.
We understand the situation was frustrating, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused by the failed delivery and the subsequent delay.
We’re pleased that your item was successfully delivered shortly after and appreciate your patience while this was resolved.

First Class Service
In the past I’ve ordered alliances from other suppliers and have been disappointed with the level of service I received. With Appliance World Online the service was excellent including the delivery. With other suppliers the appliances I’d bought were left at the door step but with AWO they were brought into my property which is especially useful to me as I’m disabled and unable to move heavy appliances around by myself.
