The travel bag had a dusty white mildew/mould on it which I needed to clean off in multiple places, it also had permeated one of the two zips which required cleaning to actually let the zip move.... Voir plus

Fantastic paddleboard at an incredible price. Lots of really well thought out elements to the design too. Only slight niggle is the free electric pump only pumps up to 16 psi and the board needs 18, but that's nothing to do with the board itself hence 5 stars.

Shocking lack of delivery packaging
2 stars due to good discounted price and quick delivery, HOWEVER….
Shocked at the lack of packaging. Literally an address sticker on the side of the product box - no box, no bag, not even taped closed.
I absolutely support minimising waste and unnecessary packaging, however surely items costing over £100 full price should be protected in the delivery process! Sadly there should also be an attempt to disguise what that item is to avoid theft. Ensuring a box is at least securely closed before shoving it in the mail is essential and far from “excess”.
Additionally, it was a gift and that Christmas surprise has been ruined as the recipient has picked it up from the front door.

We are sorry that your shopping experience with Aquaplanet has not met expectations.
We endeavour to keep our packaging to a minimum to reduce excess cardboard and plastic waste, as well as keep costs low. The boxes that the Pumps are supplied in have proved to be sturdy enough to withstand delivery. With the contents being packed inside a padded bag, we have not had reports of any issues.
Parcels should be handed to recipients, rather than being left safe or n the door step, so theft should not be an issue. From time to time the courier does not follow this pattern and parcels can get left, but if any items do not get delivered as expected, we would address this straight away.
Again, we are sorry that the Christmas surprise has been ruined, but we hope that the product can still be enjoyed.

I am so impressed with Aquaplanet
I am so impressed with how Aqua planet has assisted me.
Firstly I had a mix up by accidently ordering the same item twice on an evening order and even though one of the items was in the post they pulled it out and cancelled it and refunded me. Secondly I had another mix up with my order and it was dealt with on the same day and I received the replacement quickly.

Excellent service
Ordered a complete SUP kit, electric pump, buoyancy aid and waist leash, they all arrived ahead of when I expected them. They were all very well packed and excellent items. It was definitely a five star service and I am looking forward to using them over the weekend.

Exploding paddle board
It exploded. Burst at the seams. Super dangerous. We had it in the shade blown up ready to go and it exploded. The noise was insane and it was so lucky we were round the corner. We spoke to aquaplanet and it was out of warranty (by one year). But in all honestly I believe it shouldn’t happen at any time. They were so unhelpful in trying to resolve it - almost like they have a standard speech for this scenario. So disappointed and would never recommend.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear that you have experienced a failure with your paddle board and that we were not able to provide a resolution to your liking.
We do provide a 1 year manufacturing warranty on our boards and it does sound like you are outside of this period. Over time, depending on how the board has been cleaned and stored, the materials can degrade, which is why we are not able to provide a lifetime warranty. There is a company called SUP Services that provides a repair service so I would recommend that you get in touch with them.

Fantastic customer service.
I was bought a paddle board for my 60th from my gorgeous son. Had quite a few paddles but discovered that one of the seams had a tiny air-leak. I got in touch with Aquaplanetsports and they were amazing. These things happen and they were incredibly supportive and have sent me out a new one, even though they haven't received the leaky one. Very good customer service and I'm looking forward to years of paddle boarding to come. Thanks Aquaplanetsports. Allison
