Awful thing. Arada Holborn 5kw.

When it’s good it’s great but it’s extremely sensitive I gave it the benefit of doubt and had an expert tinker with the flu. No difference you can’t open the door smoke films the room. It’s awful. I had a Chinese one before was excellent. 15 yrs no problems at all with Heavy use can get loads of wood.

I ordered fire bars on the Thursday morning and they arrived on the Saturday morning. Very quick delivery. Website was easy to use if you know what stove you have

We had our Arada Hamlet 5kW stove fitted by a local fitter here in Preston (Jim Beeseley); it's been superb/faultless and kicks out a lot of heat when required!

We use a mix of hornbeam, ash & birch and if we want a slow burn throughout the day; well get it going with birch and then use smokeless coal from our local coal guy, Peter & H&H fuels.

Would highly recommend the Arada stove; if we were able to submit pictures I would!

I have recently received my Hoxton 7kw wood burning stove as advised by the great team at Arada. It is exactly what they said it would be. It heats my room as it should. You can tell the quality is great and it is all British made. Definitely recommend

Recently purchased a lovely stove. Such great quality and when I called Arada directly they were more than helpful. Answered all my questions! Arada have a lot of different stoves to choose from and it’s great that they can talk you through which stove is best for your home! As we have had it a number of weeks now it’s just how we imagined it would be!

I purchased a Deck Chimenea for the spring/summer months (May even try the Autumn if we continue having this weather) and it has been a fantastic addition to our evenings. To sit outside with a glass of wine with friends and have a lovely warm fire. The sales team were fantastic, especially Alice whom answered any questions I had. My husband and I purchased the Solution 5 Widescreen Bioethanol Stove in Flamingo. We have had the stove over a month now and its been absolutely fantastic. Installation was very easy (Just put it in place, doesn't need to be installed). I am blown away by how much heat is produced. We have recommended the stove to friends whom like us live in a terraced home and unable to install a Log Burner. Absolute Brilliant Product!
