Solution 5 Wide Bioethanol
Our Solution 5 Widescreen Bioethanol fire is fantastic. No installation needed, large viewing area and great heat output considering the low cost of bioethanol fuel. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending an Arada stove to anyone.
Great stoves
Can’t believe some of the reviews on here. We bought an Arada stove 2 years ago & can only say it’s an amazing piece of kit. Burns well, easy to look after & looks good.
Can recommend their stoves 100%!
Exceptional Service, Great Experience and Product!
I recently had the pleasure of using Arada Stoves, and I’m incredibly impressed. From start to finish, they provided exceptional support and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about addressing my needs and questions. Big Shout out to Alice who processed my order so quickly and the warehouse team who got my order out so fast.
We love our stove - it's transformed our room and looks beautiful. It also gives out so much more heat than we expected - so much so bought two!
Am genuinely surprised by the negative reviews on here and I can only go by my experience - Highly recommend Arada stoves to anyone looking for reliable and top-quality service. I'll definitely be a returning customer
Hamlet Solution 5 Wide
Bought a Hamlet Solution 5 Wide. Excellent stove, looks the part and gives out great heat. Had the family round as soon as it was fitted and they couldn’t believe how good it looked. Very impressed.
Excellent product, excellent service,
I have had one of my Arada stoves for over 10 years & the other for nearly 5. I’m saddened to see such negative reviews as I’ve had nothing but brilliant customer service. I needed new glass for my older model, I spoke to a really helpful chap who took the time to identify my stove & provide me with suitable spare parts. I couldn’t function without my stoves as they are my main source of invaluable heat. Excellent U.K. company.
I would love to give it a zero....
I would love to give it a zero....
Terrible stove matches all other reviews, they know the issues but wont resolve, light use over 4 years unusable, handle snapped off, smoke fills room. I am taking it further out of principle and i will watch them go bankrupt due to a lack of customer service. Karma!

I am in the process of removing my Ecoburn 5 and will remove the inset model also when I can afford to do so. They give very little heat and are difficult to control. The inset model gives practically no heat and the air box rusted and fell apart after a year. Arada customer services do a good line in bull.... but aren't actually intertested in sorting out problems. Avoid Arada because there are so many other good brands out there
Well made, looks nice, but suffers from smoke spill
I recently purchased a Holborn 7 Arada stove from Gr8fires.co.uk It arrived exactly when they said it would, it was well packaged and in good condition.
In my opinion it looks nice, it is quite easy to light and it is well made. No complaints there at all.
However, it's actual performance is poor. The main problem is that when you re-fuel it, smoke just pours out into the room. I have spoken to Arada about this. It is clearly a known problem because they had some advice to-hand ready to give to me. They recommend you wait till the flames have died right down, so you are just re-fuelling onto glowing embers ("So there won't be any smoke...." Ha ha!), and before you open the door, they say you should open the air vents fully for a couple of minutes. Well, I am an experienced stove user, and I followed all their instructions to no avail - I still get ash and smoke in my sitting room whenever I try to re-fuel. The smoke alarm has gone off only once so far - but that's one time too many in my view.
Clearly, there is a design fault here, and I am not the only person to have experienced this. Other reviews have said the same.
I have experience with other makes of stove which do not have this same problem. Don't let anyone tell you it's because the Holborn has clean-burn, air-wash or any other (now perfectly normal) feature. Other brands have these features (I know - I had two of them in my last house) and they don't belch smoke and ash all over the furniture when you refuel.
I have written to Arada about this and I am awaiting their reply.
Arada responded in writing. Their advice was detailed (size of logs to use, making sure they are split etc) but not very practical, continuing to advise that refuelling should only be undertaken onto a bed of embers when the flames have died right down. Really - this just isn't practical.
I am having building works done soon and I will first, fit a taller chimney pot. Let's see if that increases the draw, because that could solve the problem. Then, I will have a wood burner fitted in another room. I will try a different make & model and report back.
Watch this space (in a few months time).
I purchased an Arada 5 Hamlet stove what a big mistake
I purchased an Arada 5 Hamlet stove at the end of last year so at the beginning of this winter season it had only been used for a few times.
The rear fire brick cracked and the lower part of the door glass had started to craze so I contacted Arada at management level their Mr Butterworth to see if anything could be done for me within the terms of the guarantee but sadly not.
The guarantee is not worth the value of the paper that it is written on and absolutely no good will from this company.
It's a rubbish product made in the UK by a company who could not care less about customer satisfaction.
The performance of the stove is also rubbish hard to control and always allows smoke into the room when the door is opened to put on more logs.
You never know what a product is like until you buy it and use it and if I had known what a load of rubbish this stove actually is I would never of purchased it in the first place.
I gave a one star review because it is not possible to give a zero score.
