Archie Lloyds Hair Extensions Avis 

I've been purchasing hair from here from 2017. Up until 2020 the hair was amazing and lasted atleast a year. Now I'm not even getting 12weeks out of the hair. The quality is so poor. I contacted the team the first time it happened and got discount off the next set I purchased but that set took 20weeks to come. And I'm now sitting 12weeks after my first instalation of 26inch hair that is now shorter than my own. Not sure what's happened but its very clear they gave changed supplier.

Doesn’t like to refund any items second time sent something back and coming up with a reason not to refund !!! Disgusting way to treat customers

I ordered hair extensions from this tin pot company. Due to how long one of the colours was going to take for delivery I cancelled my order as I was having my hair done for an event and the hair was not going to be delivered in time. I emailed to cancel the hair but they sent the pack of the second colour which I returned to them recorded delivery. I emailed as this is the only way you can communicate with them. I asked about my refund and they said they had issued it on the 21st November for the full amount t paid. For the next 9 days I waited for my refund be assured by Donna who seems to be the only person who deals with anything there ..that it was on its way back to me. Yesterday after emailing again after speaking with my bank I informed her that I'd been advised by my bank to allow a few more days.so I informed Donna who sent me an email which clearly stated the amount that had been refunded to me was £189.50. In black and white it says we have refunded the amount of £189.50. This morning my refund came thru and it was not for the full amount it was for £165.50..... £24.50 less that I'd paid and also what I was told they had refunded. I emailed Donna again to now be told that I was been charged £24.50 for returning the hair they had sent as part of the order back to them and to recieve a full refund.
WHAT A DISGRACE THIS TIN POT COMPANY IS.

I have been using this brilliant business for over two years now, close to around the time they have started so I feel bad it has taken me this long to write a review.

I have never been this happy with the quality of hair extensions which I have even worn myself since my late teens. I have always struggled to find them to be light enough for myself, i was always excited to find shade 60 which wasn't common in human hair at the time so i would often be stuck with shade 613 the lightest available. So I was delighted to be able to use the stunning shade 1001. The hair is shiny and like silk in texture even at such a light colour. The extensions are double drawn to the 20 inch lengths so they are beautifully thick and people never think that it's not my real hair.

I love the variety of types of extensions they offer and the colours are all amazing, especially the bright crazy ones that are very tempting lol.

The owners Donna and Amber clearly love what they do, they are very helpful, friendly and reply to you so quickly. They are more than happy to offer you advice and even offered to custom make a colour that isn't offered. Their customer service is unbeatable!

I have made plenty of orders and don't plan to stop unless I stopped doing extensions. I'm always so pleased when they arrive. Thank you archie Lloyd's!

Swapping over to this brand for my salon.

My tape in hair extensions completely changed colour within 4 weeks of wearing them and my weave was dry and stringy like from 2 months on.

Customer service is an absolute joke, emails get ignored.

I wouldn’t waste your money!!

I purchased the 190g of superior weft hair 2 and half months ago, honestly it was amazing. I have reused them again and they are so nice, I am going to be reusing the same hair again.

As it’s human hair, like any other hairs it needs to be taken care of with proper maintenance and that’s how it’s going to last longer.

I will be purchasing it again in the future and I cannot recommend this brand more than ever. This is not an ad it’s my personal experience with this hair which was recommended to me by a friend. Thank you for your prompt service

Awful awful hair
Matted after 1 months use. Having to buy new hair now after spending all that money…
Hair was like straw after washing and drying, couldn’t even get a comb through it
Customer service are awful as well, care more about making tik toks or posting their personal life on their business page than answering messages

Can't comment on extensions quality yet, but have to say the customer service is absolutely amazing. Found them extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Made such a lovely change for such exceptional customer care. Huge compliments to them. X
