Not Great
The color of the hair was what I expected. They sent a great brush for free with my order. However, the quality of hair is not great. My stylist had to cut off at least 4 inches because the ends were so much thinner than the rest. I've had them in less than a week and the ends are splitting and/or frazzled looking. I always do proper extension care with very little direct heat. I wanted to love them, but was disappointed.

Really happy with the service. It was easy to find what I was looking for from length, colour and quality. I was on the hunt for a new supplier as my previous one had a long turnover and I'm over the moon for the swift change in delivery as I need my birthday hair soon and it's Easter. 4in1 extensions
I have recently completed the 4in1 training course with Archie Llyods hair extensions. I didn't no what to expect when I was choosing 4 different methods and it was going to be done all in one class. It actually surprised me and was probly one of the best training courses I have ever done. The support through the hole class was unbelievable no question was a stupid question it was great. Best thing bout yhe class was it was small and they keep it that way so you get the attention and support you need to learn ur methods. I would definitely highly recommend them I'd your considering on doing extensions.

Had a great morning training in mens hair systems. Was a in as a small group which let Denise go over everything in detail and really get that 1 to 1 feel with the education. Traveled over from scotland and Donna was so helpful over email in the weeks before going so massive thank you.

The customer service is absolutely…
The customer service is absolutely terrific, I like to be very precise and sure with my orders and so had a lot of difficult questions, specifically about the colour and delivery time, but Donna over Whatsapp was absolutely fantastic in not only her response time (even replying to me out of business hours in her personal time), but also in answering my colour related questions in full and clear detail. I really appreciate it as buying hair is an important choice and investment, and Donna did everything she could to not only get me the hair in a shorter amount of time than was stated on the website (as I had moved my hair appointment sooner), but also was very patient with me when I was stressed. She's very good at handling and dealing with queries efficiently, and when it comes to buying hair again I will definitely return here as my experience has shown me that this is a trustworthy business and that I am in safe hands here. Thank you Donna for all your help, you are brilliant!

Wonderful Customer Service
I haven’t installed the extensions yet, but the feel of them are amazing. Their customer service is wonderful as well. I emailed them several times and they always responded in a timely manner.

I ordered 26 inch they were 24.5 inch I ordered ice white they were yellow no help at all just back and forth with emails
I also provided pictures and had to wait weeks for them to arrive
I also ordered black tapes I had to ask for them to be posted after 3 weeks when they arrived my client was away then I was away so they went opened for a week and half my client opened them and was not happy brown and blonde bits through it videos were sent and again nothing at all was done we will never use this company again
I can provide emails asking for items to
Be sent and the pictures showing were not delivered to correct address I had to track it down!!
As stated in emails I had to ask for hair to be sent by that time the lady was away on holiday hensce why she never seen it as video provided you seen her open it and commenting wrong colour as provide by email pictures the extenions were NOT ice white and 24.5 in length clearly you can this

Thank you for your review. I’d like to take a moment to clarify the situation once again. As you know, you placed a custom order for specific lengths, which are non-returnable.
We have done our very best to assist you, but your concerns have changed multiple times. Initially, you stated that you had not received the hair, yet when we provided photographic evidence confirming it was delivered to your Address you then advised your neighbour had it, the issue then became the colour. After that, the concern changed to it not being the correct shade, and then to the length. We have provided full proof that you received the shade you requested and the proof of weight and length.
It’s also important to note that the hair has been in your possession well beyond the four-week return window, and as it has been opened, this unfortunately voids the return eligibility. Additionally, when you first received the item several weeks ago, there were no reported issues.
We always strive to provide the best possible service, and we have gone above and beyond to address your concerns. However, we must also be fair and consistent with our policies. We hope this clarifies our position, but if there’s anything else we can do to assist, please do let us know.

A friendly warm atmosphere the moment I walked into the Archie Lloyds office and the fact I was made to feel so at ease. I wasn’t sure if the type, length or even colour of extensions I should get but I need not have worried. Donna and the team talked me through all my options and answered all my questions.
I highly recommend a visit to the girls if you need practical advice and if you are a novice like me!

What made my experience great is their customer service which is fantastic and it was before I received my hair. And they reached out to ME! The hair is soft, beautiful, no shedding and not birds nest!!
