Thank you so much for the lovely review!
I went into the Trafford Centre store…
I went into the Trafford Centre store last night, and a boy called Aayan helped me and my fiance thoroughly. He constantly ran in the back to get sizes, and even helped us explaining all the different fits of different t-shirts, hoodies etc. He was even so good enough to bring out things that had been returned that the store currently don’t stock, just so we could be sure on the fabric that we wanted to order through the kiosk, which has already arrived due to next day free delivery. Everyone was lovely and the whole process was awesome!

Visited the Trafford centre store
Visited the Trafford centre store , the experience was not as good as Liverpool due to the size of the store being considerably smaller , there was a lot of footfall in the store at the time which made shopping quite difficult. Layout was so inferior compared to the Liverpool with no sturdy fixtures. But the product was good but had little size range but I think this was due to bank holiday shopping. But we got a very nice top and quality of th items were amazing as usual . Would like to see the store looking and feeling like the Liverpool one .

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with the quality of the products and that you found something you liked, but we’re sorry that your experience in our Trafford Centre store didn’t match the standard of our Liverpool location.
We understand how the store layout, size, and high volume of customer, especially over a bank holiday, can impact the overall shopping experience, and we appreciate you highlighting this.
We’d love to learn a bit more about your visit so we can pass your feedback on to our retail team. Please feel free to reach out to us directly when you get a chance.
Thanks again for your feedback, it’s really valuable in helping us improve.

First store in years I’ve been to that when you ask a member of staff if you have other sizes in stock they actually take the time to check and bring the item to you to try on. Thanks

Great to see a physical store 👏
Have always been impressed with the quality and value for money of my previous online purchases so really happy when a physical store was created in the Trafford centre. Store is bright and spacious and looks as good as any "luxury" brand you'd see.
On the numerous times I've been into the shop including today, the staff have been engaging and friendly but not overpowering or jumping on you as you enter. Whilst it's not the biggest space, it has never felt overcrowded despite always being busy! Hoody bought today and eyed up my next purchases
Will be back :-)

First visit to Arne yesterday 29th March at the Trafford centre.
Never heard of them before.
It was the contemporary clean tidy look of the store that attracted me in, nothing even contemplating a purchase. I saw these gorgeous trousers expecting them to cost a fortune. However when I looked at the price couldn’t believe it. Not the price I expected especially with the quality.
I will definitely be visiting Arne again. Now I know they have a website and just been browsing through I seen so many things I love ..
