I had an amazing experience with the support I received from Hannah at ARNE. From the moment I reached out, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. She listened carefully to my query and responded quickly with clear, helpful information that made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
What really stood out was her attention to detail and her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was resolved perfectly. She kept me updated throughout and made me feel valued as a customer, which is rare to find these days.

Thank you Femi
Thank you Femi. I had an issue with an item which needed exchanging. Femi was polite, calm, professional and very helpful. We had bought the item a couple of weeks ago and dod not have the receipt. Femi contacted his manager to sort it. In the meantime he said there was a location in Liverpool which is closer to our home we could have returned the item to. This was nice to know as we didn't know there was a shop in Liverpool. Great service.
