So far love our chair lift i now feel safe when my wife uses the stair after her fall and ensuring stay in the hospital also for myself as I need the use of a cane it is uncomfortable on the stairs

Installer was very nice and polite and finished the installation quickly and efficiently. Any phone calls to the office I made, everyone was very polite and willing to help out with my "operator error" questions! Very happy with Arrow Lift.

A great experience all around!

A great experience all around. Our sales rep, Nate was responsive, thorough and clear giving us guidance on what would work best for us including new and used options. Our installation technician, Gabe was fantastic. We discussed specifications for our stairway and our personal preferences throughout the process. He made adjustments accordingly and we absolutely love the stair lift we purchased! Highly recommend Arrow Lift of Iowa if you're looking for a company that provides a quality product with top notch service.

I was stuck on an Arrow Lift for 45…

I was stuck on an Arrow Lift for 45 minutes, their customer service line didn't care, and the emergency line hung up on me.

I visited a business in Prior Lake that had recently had an Arrow Lift installed. I get into the lift and it goes up about an inch and stops. Because the door locked behind me, I was stuck.

The business calls Arrow Lifts service line and tells them that someone is stuck on their lift. They get told that someone will call them back before the end of the business day. Excuse me? Someone is trapped on your lift.

I use the emergency button on the lift and am connected to someone. As the prerecorded message is being played to the operator, they hang up. Seriously! I have to listen to a dial tone for over 10 minutes because it is an intercom with no way to hang up.

Finally, after 45 minutes, I was able to locate a switch on the locked door that I could not reach. I had to have someone drop a screwdriver from the floor above to be able to access it. I finally was able to and low and behold, it actually unlocked the door.

Stay away from this company, for your safety and for the safety of anyone else that may use a lift from them!

We are sorry to hear about your experience with the accessibility lift that we service at your dentist’s office. Being stuck in any lift is understandably frustrating. Our records show that we spoke with someone at the location, navigated them through the process of exiting the lift and following the call we dispatched a technician, who corrected the issue, so the lift is now functioning. We are also following up with the 3rd party answering service that is reached from the emergency button to see how we can prevent issues with the call being dropped in the future.
Like all mechanical systems, lifts require ongoing adjustments. We take all calls seriously, and we look to learn from them and find ways to improve how we can serve clients going forward.

First and foremost the staff at Arrow…

First and foremost the staff at Arrow Lift is unfailing responsive, professional and kind. My experience was mixed and at times quit frustrating. Our initial order was in October 2025, installation was in February 2026 . The process was complicated by personnel changes but most of all an overly long product delivery time. Personnel changes necessitated re doing the order from measurement to placing and receipt of the order: turning a six to eight week process into an almost 12 week.

My Arrow Lift was put in on day…

My Arrow Lift was put in on day scheduled. Something happened and it stopped working when totally down. The repair men came and fixed it immediately, and it's been working just fine since then.
