The sales person was very helpful and took a lot of time explaining the lift and options. Installers were courteous and friendly. They did excellent work and cleaned up several times during the install. The installers explained the functions, helped with a test run and offered use suggestions.

On our first visit to the facility we…
On our first visit to the facility we learned lot about the lift and got to ride the one in the store. We were totally impressed and excited about scheduling our install. The day arrived and our tech arrived on time and everything went great. We have had it about 10 days and it is a great addition for us.

Overall I'm very happy with the…
Overall I'm very happy with the salesman and the insulation. The device does make some noise as a transfers over extensions on the base I'm sure it's probably nothing and I have been using it regularly and I'll have my new hip and I'm sitting up in the hospital it just took my first lock. I look forward to using the lift when I am transported home tomorrow thank you very much

Everything happened on time as…
Everything happened on time as scheduled. The installer knew what he was doing, explained what was going and and how to use the lift correctly. A few little fasteners were short but since the installer told me I was able to get him to the hardware store in town while it was still open. The only problem is that I have trouble fitting the cover over the sssear
