Haven’t received the items, emailed asking for update and no response

I have been really reluctant to put this review on but unfortunately even after sending numerous emails I have had no response. I put my order in on the 11th May and the money has been taken from my account but I have had nothing - no products and no correspondence. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Is this business still trading? I would like a tree of life aroma diffuser. Phoned twice over last few weeks and left messages. Sent email enquiry no response. So I went to the shop today 11.30am says on the door opens at 10am but it was closed?

I ordered items at the beginning of February, my order never arrived. I have emailed, left telephone messages but no communication at all. It is now mid April. I am very disappointed.

bought the feel good lotion , great price and deal for 2 , smells lovely , was recommended by a friend , very nice ,friendly and helpful staff , lovely dog aswell !

I visited this delightful shop today and bought some amazing products lovely staff . Felt sorry that talking to owner he had really struggled to keep going after pandemic hit business . Lovely shop well worth a visit in cathedral area of Lincoln . I wish them all the best for future

Absolutely awful did not receive my stones I ordered and they were a gift Emailed 4 times and did not get a reply

never received the item that i paid for and when i tried to email to find out what had happened I never got a reply

Money taken October nothing emailed nothing then a reply saying it was being posted . Nothing ! Had family business to attend to . So have taken a while in sorting it out . But we are not to far from the shop in Lincoln so will be paying them a visit .

Visited in person and then was happy to discover a online store! Easy to purchase and came within a week. Highly recommend :)

Lovely hand lotions which are soothing and warm.
My fingers are very gnarly and arthritic and the lotions do seem to soften and ease them . Thank you

Order was shipped on 17th November and still not received by 26th November

Money has been taken out my account, I have not received the goods and getting no reply from email chat and no answer to telephone with no facility to leave a message so not hsppy

No Order Received

Ordered on Monday 23rd November. Emailed on 25th, 26th and 27th requesting an update and received zero reply. It is now monday 30th November and still no product. I have tried calling just now without response.

And then I receive this trustpilot email to ask for a rating. So, here is my rating.

UPDATE:in the interests of fairness, note that the package was, eventually received. NO contact whatsoever from the seller, no apology or explanation and the package was weeks late. Product-wise, the oils are very nice, the little marble massager is pretty useful.

Lost 1star because it took 2 weeks to receive the item but otherwise quite satisfied
