I'm very disappointed with this HiLash.
The delivery was great and it arrived safely. The HiLash itself looks good, but it doesn't charge up at all!
I have taken photos but I can't seem to post them here. I would like to return it and get it replaced with one that works.

Rubbish product, rubbish company
Won’t be using or recommending this company again.
Bought a glo lift for a gift. Luckily I checked it before giving as it was faulty. Sent them a video to prove it. Only good thing about them is they sent a replacement quickly, however with out asking me first what I wanted. I replied and asked to be refunded but the replacement was still sent. I was told I could dispose of the faulty item once received. In my mind as it was faulty and I wouldn’t then be keeping the replacement as the date had already passed I needed it, I disposed of it and informed them I would be returning the replacement. Now being refused a refund on the replacement item. Snotty email replies when I have asked to be refunded and I’ve disposed the faulty product. Also if I was to send it back I’d still be having to pay return postage! So 2 lots of postage for something that wasn’t my fault to begin with. Also the item looks cheap glad I threw it away, much better products out there for less.

We are sorry to see this review, but would like to clarify the timeline as some of the information stated is incorrect.
Details of the fault were provided to us on Friday and, after receiving the requested evidence, a replacement was processed promptly. At that stage, you had not requested a refund.
Our email clearly advised that there was no need to return the faulty item and that it could be disposed of once your replacement had been received. The replacement had not yet arrived when you later informed us that the original item had already been disposed of.
Your request for a refund was only made after the replacement had already been processed. We also want to make clear that you would not have been required to pay return postage for the replacement and our email advised this.
We always aim to resolve genuine product faults quickly and fairly, which is why a replacement was arranged straight away. However, where the original item has been disposed of contrary to the instructions provided, this understandably limits the options available to us.
You are, of course, more than welcome to keep the replacement that has been sent to you. Should you decide that you do not wish to keep it, our customer service team will be happy to confirm the details for returning it to us free of charge.

Hi Gillian, we are sorry to see this review posted before giving the opportunity to resolve this for you. I can see that following receipt of the photos you provided, we identified that one of the nozzles had been broken and left fitted to the dryer hence the reason the others wouldn't fit on. As you stated that this was for a gift we confirmed a refund could be processed on return of the dryer, and provided a link to return it free of charge. We trust this has now been resolved to your satisfaction.

I had problems with my heated eyelash…
I had problems with my heated eyelash curlers so I emailed them. Within a few minutes I had a replacement coming in the post. Incredible customer service! A very happy customer!

So far so good! Impressed to date with process from order to delivery, speedy delivery within a couple of days! Only been using a couple of days, so early days, product packaging excellent, simple straight forward instructions. A little noisy on vibration mode, but hopefully will get used to it. Hoping to see a “new me” in a week or so! 🤞🤞

Dissapointed in "salon quality product"
Absolutely unacceptable. I purchased this dryer, which developed a fault. The replacement unit sent was also faulty. Despite my clear statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customer service refused a refund and insisted I accept yet another replacement.
This has wasted a huge amount of my time, effort, and money. Repeated failure of the product, combined with poor customer service, makes this a product I cannot recommend under any circumstances.

Thank you for your comments Chantelle. The first product did develop a fault and was replaced under warranty. The replacement when returned was fully tested and found to be in full working order. We go over and above for our customers and sent another brand new product, even though there was absolutely no issue with the returned product. We followed the consumer rights act as we always do as an absolute minimum. If you have any further queries, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist.

Lightweight hair dryer

Lovely, light & small
Fast delivery. Lovely package. I'm a hairdresser & needed a lighter hairdryer as shoulders are suffering. This is half the weight of my other dryer. At first I thought, this feels weird but now getting used to it. Noise is quieter on soft setting but noisier on high power which I was hoping would be a bit quieter. But overall I love it.

I needed a very light hairdryer so …
I needed a very light hairdryer so googled 'light hairdryer' and this company was one of the results. I ordered the hairdryer as it weighs only 380 grams. Delivery was very quick (even though there was bank holiday in between) and although I haven't yet used the hairdryer, I have tested it and it is so light! Hopefully no more shaking wrists due to the weight 😅
