Purchased the glam light professional…
Purchased the glam light professional hairdryer for personal use being hairdryer myself in December 2024. Love the hairdryer. Light weight , easy to use . Had a little problem with the nozzle by April 25 , sent customer services an email asking if it should be happening .sent photos off and within a couple days I was sent a free post label to return and a new hairdryer !!! Amazing customer service thank you . So unusual nowadays to receive such excellent service . Defo recommend

Stopped working after a couple of weeks
Think I have a faulty pair of glasses. To start with I could feel them working on the right side but the left side didn’t feel as strong. I’ve been using them about 2 weeks and seen absolutely no improvement in my bags or black circles and last night they stopped working. They are lighting up red and showing fully charged but nothing happens when I put them on. Disappointed they stopped working after a few weeks and that they had no effect on my eye bags and dark circles after all the reviews that said people saw improvement with in 2 weeks. I actually think my bags look more swollen after using them

The product does not work . I have informed them and was told I cannot have a refund I think this is disgusting and I will be contacting the Ombidsman .

Hello Jane, I can see that you contacted out customer services team 5 days after receiving your product advising that they had not resolved your under eye issues. As advised these things do take time. We do not make any claims of overnight success. Our customer service team are available to provide any advice on product use that you might need.

Royal Mail damaged my GloLift eyez glasses when they delivered them by posting through an open window which was above my sink.... which had water in!
Beautaholics were so quick to respond, so friendly and so helpful!
They took care of it for me and really quickly!
A pleasure to speak to and I would definitely buy from this company again.
I'm also happy with the item I purchased. It's too early to comment on results yet, but all seems great.

Do not offer money back guarantee
Do not offer money back guarantee if the product doesn’t work for you. Will only except unused items. How do you find out about if something will work for you unless you try it? Other companies that sell face creams etc do offer money back guarantee.

Because of the nature of our products we cannot take them back unwanted, if they have been used, obviously for hygiene reasons. Our returns policy does give full details of this and each product listing advises that you should be happy with these terms before purchasing. All of our products come with full warranty so if anything were to go wrong you are fully covered, so you have nothing to worry about in that regard. As we don't offer repairs, we give a brand new product every time. We don't sell face creams. As our skincare products are premium tools for personal use they cannot be resold if they have been used. I see your order was received just a few days ago. Our customer service team are available to answer any questions you might have, or provide any advice that you may need. We hope that you enjoy using your product.

This hairdryer is the best it is so light and the T shape makes it easier for my short arms. It also dries my hair fast.delivery was quick and communication great
