Assetz Capital is one of the UK's leading SME property finance lenders. Since 2013 we’ve supported developers and property investors to realise their business goals through development finance, bridging and commercial mortgages (£500k–£10m). We previously operated a retail investment platform, which closed to new investment in December 2022 and is now in run-off. Across the life of that platform, total capital and interest payments to investors have exceeded the original capital invested at an aggregate portfolio level, with returns averaging approximately 7% per annum. Excellent Customer Service
I rang enquiries and needed help withdrawing funds. Wendy knew exactly what was required and stayed on the line and walked me step by step through the process until I was able to complete each of the screens. Wendy was really helpful, friendly and extremely patient. Thank you!

I spoke to a lady called Dawn. She was succinct in her explanations and answered all the queries I had and more. I’ve have never had a better telephone customer service irrespective of the company I’ve interacted with. They’re there to help!

Great Company and Top Class Customer Support
Have recently been trying to sort out some complex estate issues for my late parents and the help and support I have received from the Investor team was nothing short of exceptional.
In addition the way the company dealt with the financial situation during the pandemic was extremely professional under very trying circumstances which has strengthened my resolve to support this company with my ongoing investments.

First call I was given vague instructions which weren’t helpful so had to call back but second call was answered by Dawn who was really helpful and guided me through the issue.

The Last 18 Months
Happy that we have been kept well informed over the past 18 months and that the business has performed as well or better than I initially anticipated. I suspect if I had needed to withdraw money quickly over the period my rating would be very different.
