Motel changed their jeans
Motel changed their jeans. I ordered the indigo jeans last year and loved them beside them being super long! So when I went to re order I did and the colour is completely different and the lengths have been adjusted. Annoying had to return.

Online purchase and delivery were great. However 10 minutes after I made the purchase I email you guys to correct my apartment number which was wrong in the order and I had absolutely no response until I’m almost awake later.

I received a pair of jeans that…
I received a pair of jeans that measured to be too big and i was told that they didn’t measure within the QC and i was told i was unable to get a refund but after it was looked into further i was given a refund which is appreciated.

Jeans didn’t fit, wasn’t able to exchange or refund without paying $65 to send them back to you when the jeans cost $118. Had to opt to try and seal them through a second party not great as unworn and new
