They sent the wrong adapter and refused to exchange it. They are actually based in China so it's very difficult to get your money back.

Bought a charger for my scooter, had it for 2 weeks and stopped working, contacted them as per there "1 year warranty' for them to tell me they will post one out straight away.. asked me to upload a video of what was wrong so I did and them then tell me id dropped it and I'll have to purchase another.
Dont waste your time

I've been waiting for my adapter for 4 months and still haven't received anything.

Took forever to arrive, didn't reply for ages, then finally got back to me when the item wasn't what we ordered and claimed that's what we ordered with a false picture loaded on.

They sent me wrong adapter - not what I ordered and paid for (as per the invoice). They tell me I ordered the wrong one even though the evidence is on their invoice! They want me to send back at my own cost & then order another one - not a chance - lots of emails back and forth but no resolution. Don’t order from these people!!!! Seems lots of people have had the same experience.

Purchased a "Genuine Charger".
Due to circumstances, I didn't open it until after 30 days.
The charger was Dead On Arrival. A replacement was refused.

Not an Australian Company, takes 3 weeks to receive order from China. Report this company! Adapters are fake.

Not a genuine Dell power cord, despite being advertised as such.

I don't even want to give them 1 stsr as they are plain Crooks. But for PayPal I would have lost my money. I bought What they call a GENUINE Hp pavillion battery 728460-001. Never shipped and I called PayPal and money returned. Be aware.I can attach invoice and PayPal details but cannot.

I ordered a ADL230SCC3A lenovo power adapter.

They sent ADL230NLC3A.

They claim i ordered wrong one but my invoice also states ADL230SCC3A. Trying to get paypal refund and they keep saying I ordered wrong one.

Do not buy from there guys. They also claim it was sent from china and item needs to be returned to china at my own cost from australia.

I've just read the reviews listed here and can only add that my experience with the seller delivering the wrong Asus Ac Adapter is simply just another bad luck story. They ask for comparison photos and more repeat information about the original item and the delivered item. Don't waste your time. I have now asked Paypal to stop referring me back to the seller for a resolution and to do something on my behalf.
Not holding my breath there either since this has been going back and forth for a month.

Beware, this business publishes laptop models that are not compatible with the offered adapters. No refund and late shipping. I ended up paying $65 for an item that I can't use.

I bought a laptop charger which didn't charge the laptop I needed it for, though it did work for an older model. I asked for a refund, but the company made things very difficult, so I gave up.

Company is based overseas, and not in Australia as eluded to on their website.

Supplied Parts do not meet australian electrical standards, and can't legally or safely be used here, at home or at work.

Do not reccomend purchasing from this O'seas supplier.

I received the wrong charger, then I had to pay more for a converter to make the charger work, send said to pick up from post office, however product never arrived. I am still waiting for a resolution and it has been over 3 months....

I had to contact the online store about a concern with my order. They had responded within hours and ensured there were no complications.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The store said the product was being sent from Australia. When I tracked it, I discovered it was coming from China. The purchase was for an ASUS laptop power cable and my invoice even says it is the ASUS with serial number and everything. What I got was a horrible knock off that falls out of the wall and will not charge my computer. NOT an ASUS at all by any description. I am sick of being scammed. I hope they do the right thing and refund me or send me what I paid for but after reading the other reviews, I'm probably just another idiot and they are getting away with theft totally unchecked.

I read the reviews after purchase and panicked but on day 10 the adapter arrived and works perfect. There was tracking.

They sent me the wrong products; we exchanged emails back and forth, but when the time came for me to receive the return address, they stopped contacting me. Since I had already paid $200, I am truly frustrated. - cloe
