The company told me that I would…
The company told me that I would receive a refund if I returned the item without signing for the parcel . The parcel would be sent back and they would refund me. The parcel has been sitting at the post office in Sydney for over 6 weeks no-one has collected the item , it is a scam . Do not deal with these people .I am reporting these people to Consumer affairs . It is an ongoing saga for months.

I'm completely disgusted with this company.
They sold me a charger that didn't work, then claimed it was because I bought the wrong one, even though it exactly matches the model number of my laptop.
When I asked for a refund they kept delaying for months saying they would send me a forwarding address, which they never did.
I lodged a complaint with PayPal to get a refund, and posted the charger back to the company IN CHINA, at considerable postage expense to myself. The company claims they never received the charger, so now I'm out of pocket for both the charger and the postage cost.
Very disappointed, and I will be telling everyone to avoid this company.
