Got the bad plug size for my computer, the item has to be return in china ... the returns fees are for the buyer.... a big scam...

I got an adaptor. It is not USB-C as advertised, it is another fitting that has only one pin and will never fit USB-C. They were very quick to respond to my emails. Asked me to send photos. All sounded positive for resolution. Then they wanted different photos, and my laptop's serial number and model. Now they want more information. Seeing that the cable is not USB-C is plainly apparent.

It's a big big scam. Paid money and received nothing. Firstly they claimed that the adapter was sent and lost and could not be found.
When I asked for a refund and they just keep saying ASAP but never did it.

Ordered a genuine Dell laptop battery in Australia. Took around 3 weeks to arrive. The battery didn't have Dell on it until I lifted some black tap up and Dell was printed underneath. So I "think" it is genuine but was never sure where it came from.

This company is a scam. It's a fake website. Paid money and never received item. It's now been 8 months. They dont reply to messages and they should be shutdown

They’ve taken my money, no laptop cable has arrived, they have stopped communicating.
Unfortunately these people are thieves.

Bought an adapter. Once I plugged it in, it caused a short circuit. I asked for my money back. Two months and more than 15 emails later -including PayPal- I have no money and a dangerous adapter at home.

Canceled order within hours of making purchases. Told it was too late even tho it was a Saturday night it had already been shipped. Given tracking details. Tracking number didn’t work for 3 weeks then item sent. They offered for me to send it back but refuse to give me the return address!!
Worst… company ….. ever

I can't believe credit card companies and Paypal work with these scammers - that is the problem. Because it suggests they could be legit. Twice I was ripped off by these fraudsters. They take your money and maybe they'll send you something, maybe they won't. Maybe it will work, maybe it won't. But don't expect ANY customer service! They've accepted the charger they sent is faulty and told me they'll get back to me. I guess they're waiting for their fake "warranty" to run out? Absolutely disgusting. I hate it when crooks ruin things for everyone else. Not all Chinese suppliers are bad but this mob are definitely robbing their customers.

The supposed 1 week delivery time, was in fact four weeks from China not from Australia as indicated on their website.
When it eventually arrived (a laptop charger) the plug into the laptop was the wrong one.
I have written numerous emails, including photos of the product with no response. I guess I have lost the $46 I paid, however I have lodged a claim against Paypal so fingers crossed they will resolve the issue.

Your laptop will be long since EOL’d before you receive your charger. They claim express delivery but it’s all from China and super slow. Best bet to look for a local supplier or just get some generic crap. Anything is better than nothing which is what you can expect from this mob

Wish I’d read all these other reviews first.
I received the laptop power adapter I’d ordered, to find that the power lead (to the power point) doesn’t fit Australian power points, and nor did they provide a power point adapter. Pretty ordinary, particularly given they try and pass themselves off with the “au” as part of the name, and were shipping to Australia. Reasonable then to expect something that’s suitable for use in Australia I would have thought.

ordered the correct charger and was sent the wrong one. Could not get a refund and they refused to send the correct one till I sent the wrong one back but they could never tell me where to send it back to. I tried again and re-ordered the charger on the basis I would still get the original wrong charger refunded. This has still not happened and the new charger doesn't work. Scam business and not in Australia either so stay away.

like a lot of the other reviews these guys are bad! They say the product was sent but the tracking hasn't moved at all. So there is no express delivery, when you contact them they say it's sent. Bad customer service, STAY AWAY!

Total Scam, all the bad comments are true.
Ordered a dell Thunderbolt and got a charger that does not even fit, now the big runaround and no refund, and no return address in Australia.
Stay away!!!

Guys, when you are dealing with a merchant not known to you, you should always use Paypal to pay for items.

Stupidly rushed in and ordered a charger for my laptop before checking the reviews here. Immediately contacted company using both web contact form and email address to cancel order (they claim to offer cancellation and refunds before shipping) and got no reply. Pretty much certain that's $35 of really hard earned money up the swanny. Avoid

More rubbish sold from China.
Says Australian but all based and sent from in China.

CPAP adapter received but doesn’t work contacted the support with no reply. Very poor company, would not deal with again.
