Pretend to be an Australian site when it's based in China, provided invalid tracking number.

I purchased from auadapterspc.com not auadapterstore however everyone else's reviews for this business (especially the bad ones) refer to the same entity it seems, so I am not sure if this review applies to these guys or not. If you purchased from the auadapterspc.com website then this review applies. I received my brand new Lenovo Thinkpad X1 battery after 12 business days. Works perfectly. Lenovo Vantage software check of the battery condition states it is in good condition, manufactured 6mths ago and first use today when I installed it. Was on 65% charge on install and was quick to get to full charge. Successfully using without power, just running on battery. So far so good! I'm a happy customer! I have to admit, I was worried at first considering the emails and paypal receipts didn't match the website. I did give my phone number straight away upon request from a random email. Strange but then again, I figured they need it to be able to send it via Austpost and when I checked my backend account, I didn't supply my number so it wasn't that strange that they asked for it. I requested a tracking id a few days later and received one straight away which was positive. However by about business day 7 I panicked due to Auspost tracking showing no updates and then reading all these terrible reviews. However by business day 9 or 10 I started getting Auspost updates and the battery arrived a couple of days later in perfect condition. The website claimed 5-15 working days as the delivery time so 12 business days was within that timeframe and very reasonable. There is nothing on their website that claims that they are based in Australia, just our assumptions which are probably wrong. They do provide a timezone on their Shipping policy page which implies that they could be based in any of the following in Western Australia, China, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore. Who knows, but really, who cares, as long as I got a quality product in the timeframe advertised I'm happy! Just be a bit patient and feel free to request the tracking id if they didn't send it to you to begin with. And yes, the emails I received correspondence from or the business on the paypal account receipt were not "auadapterspc.com", instead they were Bo Yuan E-Commerce Co and gmail accounts laptopbatteryonline, gadgetfix00 and any enquiries I had were asked to be directed to laptopartsstore or adaptersstore. Not overly professional to use all the different gmail accounts, but hey, who am I to judge. I ordered and received the following battery: Original 4950mAh 57Wh 3 Cell Lenovo 01AV430 Battery

Been waiting 18 days for my Samsung NP550P5C laptop battery order to be shipped but nothing yet, have sent emails but no response. I did get a scam type email requesting my phone number for the post office but my post office already have my details so I was nervous after getting that. I get the impression I have been ripped off. I thought i was dealing with an Australian business on the website but obviously not. There appears to be a connection with Gadgetfix somehow. Will never buy from them again.

On their website, THOUGHT I bought a GENUINE DELL battery THOUGHT i had a genuine Aus business to support them THOUGHT i was dealing with AUS company THOUGHT it would use AUS delivery company BUT NO EXPENSIVE & STAY AWAY FROM THEM> Support AUS company Take several days to reply to emails NOW i know why They are CHINESE. Do not see it until thanks for payment screen in chinese. Aus Flag on their logo

Did receive a charger, seems to be correct for the one I ordered. I feel it's not a true genuine but a very good knock off. Came within a week of ordering it. Did have to follow up with the company as to why it took a few days before it left their building. I did pay with PayPal so I'm not sure if that helped with not stealing my money.

I actually received my goods within 2 weeks and it works fine.

The laptop charger they sent did not work from the outset - there was an audible *pop* as soon as it was plugged in. They have not responded to repeated attempts to contact them for a refund/replacement

Scam website. Gave fake tracking number, gave an excuse that the item was lost and a refund would be sent as soon as possible. Followed up on exactly when the refund would be made and they just said as soon as possible and nothing else. Warning right there, it doesn’t take that long to refund on PayPal!

Opened a dispute with PayPal and got a refund that way.

Dodgy website, hope these scumbags get shut down.

One star is too much for sure. I paid for and received an adapter from them but it wasn't compatible. I then ordered and paid for another and said they would refund the original. They keep saying "We will send you the return address of the adapter as soon as possible" but they never did.

Scam. They provided fake tracking number.
I contacted them asking why the the tracking number came up as invalid, they said because the item got lost!
Waste of time. They probably never sent the item.
Still waiting for my refund.

Bought product from gadgetfix00. Made out it was a CH company. Arrived with a plug that looks swiss but does not fit any socket.
Amazed that anyone replied to me emails but they claim all is Ok and offer 5% discount for a useless product.
To be honest, having read the comments, I daren't use the adapter in case I ruin my laptop.
Paid by paypal and will be asking for refund.

1 Star is too many. Trick you into thinking it is an
Australian company and Item in stock 3-10 days delivery. Payment confirmation from suspect spam phising email address and payment to Chinese company Bo Yuan E-Commerce Co., Ltd. After reading previous reviews of auadapterspc.com and trying to look up gadgetfix00@gmail won't help you either.

Reading the feedback wasnt so happy but I received my product beautifully and Im very happy with product!🙃

Product is excellent as well as customer service too.

Bought a charger which had exposed wires, so shoddily made.
Website said it would post from Australia, then it came from Shenzen in China.
Charger worked for all of 1 week, and it's broken already.
Can't get on to anyone from the site to assist with a refund or replacement.

Less than 1 star rating. Look elsewhere. This company is a scam. Bought a laptop charger which according to their website would fit my laptop. Was sent one that didn’t fit my laptop port. Complained and they sent an adapter that didn’t fit the charger or the port in my laptop.

The adaptor I purchased exploded when placed in power and turned on. Do not buy from this seller. I should have reviewed before purchasing. Luckily I purchased with Paypal and can get a refund.

Never buy from this disgusting seller. I bought a laptop charger from them and they sent me a very old and not working charger. They are dodgy and will never resolve any issues you raised with them. Give yourself a favor and avoid doing business with them.

They sold me a charger that didn't work. The adapter was not the right part as shown on the label.

When I asked for a refund they kept delaying for months saying they would send me a forwarding address, which they never did.
