The customer service is great

The customer service is great. We have had an increase on mistakes in our orders starting this year. We also miss the online chat feature!

I'm a geek

I'm a geek, and to have hearing aids with sensors and Artificial Intelligence in them is the best! I have an "Alexa" in my ear that only I can hear. I have fall protection, language interpretation and a FitBit all rolled into one. The Thrive app couples with my iPhone so I have a remote and access to all of the features. There were dropping issues in the beginning, but a firmware update has resolved that. I understand that Starkey and Audibel are the only hearing aid manufacturers that use sensors like these in their instruments.

Overall review

One your newest Via 2400 and 2400 AI we have had multiple issues with batt drain and connectivity. When we receive it back from repair all they do is replace device but never tell me what the problem is. Then with a new product I have run into the same problem more than once.

I have been half-deaf all my life

I have been half-deaf all my life. Audibel was the first place that ever offered me options to help my hearing and it changed my life completely for the better. Because of that, 11 years ago I became a hearing specialist and have been working at Audibel ever since. I have been privileged to share the gift of hearing with many people through Audibel since then, and I am blessed to experience all of the advances in technology as they happen. It is nice to work with a team that truly cares for people, not just once but for years. I live with hearing loss every day, and I feel lucky to have the tools to both help myself and help others truly experience how better hearing leads to a better life every day. Thank you Audibel for changing my life! I highly recommend you come see us!

Audibel hearing aids are excellent

Audibel hearing aids are excellent. I have been wearing them for over 8 years and have been 100% satisfied. The new Via AI hearing aids are awesome and have totally changed my life.
