The service was friendly

The service was friendly, efficient, and courteous. All personnel explained everything patiently and answered all questions completely, sympathetically, and professionally. They went out of their way to be helpful.
I am amazed at the technological advances since my last consultation. I can hear more clearly than with the previous version of the hearing aid and it has improved my quality of life.

Audibel is the best

Great experience and the staff was very helpful in taking time to explain things and make sure I was comfortable. They took time to explain hearing loss in general and different hearing aids which was helpful since it was my first time. I am very happy I went here for a second opinion. I had an appointment and was in and out in about a hour. I felt very comfortable and the pricing was better then other places also. My follow up appointments had gone well also their service continues to be excellent. They go above and beyond even calling the day before to confirm and remind you. Great experience at audible

I have been very impressed with the wonderful service I have received at audible. Randy is very patient and really cares about how happy you are with your hearing aid. Randy spends a lot of time with you and is very knowledgeable about his products. I would recommend anyone who needs an hearing aid to go see Randy at south sarasota audible

Teddi Sutherland is the best

Teddi Sutherland is the best. She is intelligent, courteous, friendly, and, extremely caring.

The new hearing aides are fantastic.

I highly recommend Teddi, and, the Audibel hearing aides to all that want to have a NEW LIFE of hearing.

I can not believe the service I've…

I can not believe the service I've gotten from Audibel & Roger's Hearing Solutions. They have been wonderful to me. I would like to especially praise Nicole Kalukiewicz, she has even come to my home when I couldn't get to the office.

I’m sorry to have to go with a three…

I’m sorry to have to go with a three star rating because I love the hearing aids. It’s the office I was dealing with in St. Joe. Very poor customer service. The initial visit went great and went downhill from there. Lost paperwork which cost me time and money. Wouldn’t return phone calls if they weren’t there. I’m supposed to go in for a 6 month cleaning and check up but may skip it. They still work fine and I can clean them. I would recommend the same type of device I have to everyone needing them. They work great! Tinnitus Program didn’t help me much but might for some people.
