I was seen by a young lady called gabriella for my appointment. I found that she was very informative and took me through the whole process of my appointment down to the last detail. She also reffered me to a specialist along with a detailed write up and images taken of my inner ear. Thanks to her i found that i had something going on in the ear canal that my gp had not picked up on. Overall i felt that the appointment picked up on things that my gp hadnt and therefore found her time and skill to be a great help.

Very warm welcome on a very cold day. Waiting time was about 1 minute. Clean and well planned facilities. A true 'professional' touch. Thank you.

I received the best Christmas present (2022) as a result of a visit to Hidden Hearing Clinic, Shrewsbury - to be able to hear clearly!
Molly, the Receptionist warmly welcomed me to the clinic.
Audiologist, Adrian Ashley is a lovely man who put me at my ease. Then with great care and expertise guided me through the hearing tests and appropriate hearing aids for my needs.
Everything was carefully explained in a kindly and unhurried manner.
With my new hearing aids the clarity and quality of my hearing is wonderful - I am so pleased to be able to hear without effort in all situations - a real Christmas gift that will go on.
The hearing aids are worth every penny.

I was told about Hidden Hearing by word of mouth.I was struggling with my hearing aids from the NHS.
I made an appointment with Hidden Hearing in Shrewsbury and I am very pleased with my hearing aids I have bought.The examination is very good you feel Adrian is really confident with his knowledge of the hearing aids.The follow up is very good as well.You feel able to call and discuss a problem if one arises.Fortunately I have found the hearing aids from the moment they were fitted very comfortable and very efficient.I would and have recommended anyone who wants hearing aids to go to Hidden Hearing and make an appointment.

Adrian Ashley is a lovely guy that puts you at ease. Nothing is too much trouble. He takes the time to explain everything and goes over things with you. Molly on reception is polite and always confirms appointments and rearranges where necessary. I cannot recommend them enough.

The whole families really pleased fir dad. They are not cheap. I know with rising costs but they are well worth it makes mum's life better too. Adrian & Molly helped us all the way. We used dads Brian's attendance allowance its made such a difference to dad & he now feels involved, tv, in a pub, just walk he can hear clearer & things he hasn't heard fir years. People asking question especially wearing face masks it used to be really hard for dad & I'd worry he felt left out. Brian & Sandra thanks

Very efficient service from Adrian at Hidden Hearing Shrewsbury. He was kind and patient explaining everything. Wish I had made an appointment ages ago.

Very pleased we went to Hidden Hearing and from the start Molly and Adrian Ashley made us feel at ease and the tests were really good and we soon realised that we needed aids. We were able to take a walk outside to see the difference they made and now that we have them life is much better and friends have commented on the difference when talking to us. They are quiet and you do not know they are there. The service is very good and they keep a check on us in the future. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Recently went to get my hearing tested as I had some concerns. I would certainly recommend booking an appointment with Adrian! As soon as I entered the store, Molly greeted me with a smile and offered me a drink while I waited for my appointment.

Soon after Adrian came out to introduce himself and conducted the appointment very professional and carried out a range of tests.

Could not have asked for anything better and I would recommend the Shrewsbury branch!

Following my Mum's visits with Amy at Shrewsbury, my husband has now had his hearing assessed and hearing aids fitted, Amy is excellent, and really takes time to understand the issues, very thorough and helpful. Would certainly recommend Hidden Hearing based on our experiences.

I visited the Hidden Hearing branch in Shrewsbury for ear wax removal. Laura did a great job explaining the procedure and was more than willing and able to answer all of my questions. The end result was a pleasant experience in Laura's company and two much happier ears!
